Karaté et fleurs en Slovaquie

Karate and Flowers in Slovakia

A short message today to show you this new colored cover from Slovakia.
Robert thank you very much :-)
The € 0.60 stamp, issued on 13th of March 2009, is devoted to martial arts, Karate in particular.
This stamp seems to depict an athlete during a kata event, one of the three areas of study to learn the fighting techniques in karate, with kihon and kumite.
This stamp's background shows other athletes in various stances.

The other stamp at the left with a T2 50g (currently € 0.33) permanent postal rate, representing dahlias flowers, was issued on March 20 2008.
It is actually a stamp proposed by the Slovak Post with an attached customizable coupon. This service allows you to obtain these stamps in sheets of eight stamps (how much does it costs ?).
At the last "Salon du timbre" in Paris in June 2008, the Slovak Post sold this stamp with an attached vignette depicting the logo of this Stamp Exhibition.
