70 years of the end of WWII in Romania

On May 9, 2015, the Romanian Post has released a new stamp (L 4.30) dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the end of the 2nd World War in Europe ("70 de ani de la încheierea celui de-al Doilea Război Mondial în Europa" in Romanian).
A big thank you Mihnea for this beautiful FDC below sent by registered mail, with cancellation from Bucharest (post office 37) about this stamp, designed by Cătălin Munteanu :-)
That stamp, printed in sheets of 32 stamps as well as in two versions of leaflets (8 stamps + 1 central label) features a dove of peace and the number 70 with war scenes in the background.

Although the first capitulation of Nazi Germany was signed in Reims, France on May 8, 1945, another ceremony was organized by the Red Army on the night of 8 to 9 May 1945 in Berlin.
That is why the end of the 2nd World War is celebrated on 9 May in the former republics of the USSR and the former communist countries of Eastern Europe, such as Romania.
To note that Romania also celebrates that day the Europe Day but also the country's independence, proclaimed on May 9, 1877 by Mihail Kogalniceanu.
Another special postmark was applied to this letter, with the slogan "70 years of victory over fascism", including the V for victory and a current map of Europe (excluding Montenegro and Kosovo...).
I've already mentioned on this blog the 2nd stamp above (L 4.70) issued on October 25, 2014, devoted to King Michael I (Mihai I).
