200 years since the birth of writer Alecu Russo - special postmark on card from Moldova

200 ans de la naissance de l'écrivain Alecu Russo - TAD spécial sur carte de Moldavie

Le 15 janvier 2019, la poste moldave avait mis en circulation une série (6 timbres) consacrée à différentes personnalités de langue roumaine, qui se sont illustrées dans le domaine de la culture (chant, musique, littérature, théâtre, cinéma), et en particulier l'écrivain et homme politique roumain Alecu Russo (1819-1859).
Alecu Russo considérait la mise en valeur du passé comme un moyen très efficient de diffusion des idées avancées. Accusé d'avoir "troublé l'ordre établi" à travers ses pièces "Bâcâlia ambitioasâ" et "Jignicerul Vadrâ" (disparues aujourd'hui), il est exilé pour un mois au monastère de Soveja où il découvre et rend célèbre la ballade "Miorița", un poème populaire roumain considéré comme un des plus importants du folklore roumain sur le plan artistique et mythologique.
On January 15, 2019, the Post of Moldova put into circulation a series (6 stamps) dedicated to different personalities of Romanian language, in the field of culture (singing, music, literature, theater, cinema), and in particular the Romanian writer and politician Alecu Russo (1819-1859).
Alecu Russo considered the development of the past as a very efficient means of spreading ideas. Accused of having "disturbed the established order" through his plays "Bâcâlia ambitioasâ" and "Jignicerul Vadrâ" (missing today), he is exiled for a month to the monastery of Soveja where he discovers and makes the ballad "Mioriţa" famous, a popular Romanian poem considered as one of the most important of Romanian folklore on the artistic and mythological level. 

 

Après l'échec de la révolution de 1848, Alecu Russo s'exile puis participe à l'impressionnante réunion de Blaj (Câmpia Libertății) et signe à Brasov le programme des révolutionnaires moldaves et est emprisonné par les autorités hongroises à Cluj.
Entre 1849 et 1851, il s'installe à Paris et publie de nombreux ouvrages en français dont "Cântarea României" ("Chantons la Roumanie"). Il reste connu également pour la publication de ses "Studie moldoveană" en 1852. 
Alecu Russo est considéré comme l'un des pionniers de la critique littéraire roumaine et l'un des premiers écrivains passionnés par le folklore.
Ce timbre (5,75 L, tirage : 50000), conçu par Elena Karachentseva, a été utilisé sur la carte ci-dessus sur laquelle un TAD spécial (conception : Lilian Iațco) a été appliqué le 16 mars 2019. Merci beaucoup Nicolae !
Ce TAD a été mis en circulation à Chișinău (MD-2012) afin de commémorer le 200ème anniversaire de la naissance d'Alecu Russo.

After the failure of the revolution of 1848, Alecu Russo exiles and participates in the impressive meeting of Blaj (Câmpia Libertăţii) and signs in Brasov the program of the Moldovan revolutionaries and is imprisoned by the Hungarian authorities in Cluj.
Between 1849 and 1851, he moved to Paris and published many works in French including "Cântarea României". He is also known for the publication of his "Studie moldoveană" in 1852.
Alecu Russo is considered as one of the pioneers of Romanian literary criticism and one of the first writers passionate about folklore.
Russo's stamp (5.75 L, print run: 50,000), designed by Elena Karachentseva, was used on the postcard above on which a special postmark (design: Lilian Iaţco) was applied on March 16, 2019. Many thanks Nicolae!
This cancellation was released in Chişinău (MD-2012) to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Alecu Russo.

Le même timbre ainsi que le TAD du 16 mars 2019 ont été appliqués sur cette carte faisant de cet ensemble une splendide carte maximum (tirage inconnu) !
