"Domestic Pigeons" stamps on Postcrossing postcard from Romania

On March 2, 2019, a meeting of Romanian Postcrossing fans was held in Bucharest, Postcrossing being a project created in 2005 allowing its members to send and receive postcards (from random people) from all over the world.
On this occasion, a special postcard was put into circulation, such as the copy below, including the signatures of some of the participants in this meeting, on the left side.
Thank you very much Mihnea for this special card sent on March 13, 2019 from the city of Voluntari (Ilfov County) located near the capital, Bucharest!
Mihnea, one of the 1467 Romanian members of Postcrossing, has received the status of "Postcrossing Ambassador" for his many contributions to publicize this project!

This card was franked with 2 of the 4 stamps of a series, issued on November 18, 2005, devoted to different breeds of domestic pigeons.
These two stamps (2.50 L chacun) represent in particular a "English Pouter" pigeon and a "Parlor Roller" pigeon.

The other side of this card evokes this Postcrossing meeting of March 2, 2019 and represents a Mărţişor (diminutive of "March"), symbol of the arrival of spring in Romania and Moldova, worn attached to the breast throughout the month of March and then hung on a flowering tree.
Mărţişor is a thin strap made of two braided yarns, one being white (spring) and the other red (winter), to which one can attach a small figurine made of fabric, wood or metal (a heart, a letter, a flower, a horseshoe...) playing the role of lucky charm.
