Les philatélistes français sont parfois très critiques (souvent à juste titre d'ailleurs) envers Phil@poste et sa politique d'émission de timbres...
Une fois n'est pas coutume, je voulais remercier ce soir les services de Phil@poste à Gentilly pour ce sympathique envoi du 17 janvier 2012 ci-dessous dans lequel figurait un petit cadeau :-)

Once will not hurt, I wanted to thank tonight the Phil@poste team in Gentilly (94) for having sent me this kind letter below, on January 17, 2012, which included a little gift :-)
Cette lettre ci-dessus est en fait un Prêt-à-Poster (hors commerce) valable pour un envoi prioritaire jusqu'à 50g vers le monde entier avec le visuel du timbre émis en 2010 (le 2 novembre) à l'occasion de l'exposition philatélique "Jeunesse-Collection-Passion" organisée par la FFAP dans la ville de Villeneuve-sur-Lot (Lot-et-Garonne).A noter que rien n'indique, sur ou sous le timbre ci-dessus, sa validité (mention au verso uniquement) ??
Je ne sais pas non plus combien de PAP de ce type ont été émis par Phil@poste...
This letter above is actually a privately printed Postal Stationery, valid for a priority mail up to 50g to the world with the design of the stamp issued in 2010 (on November 2) at the occasion of the stamp Exhibition "Youth-Collection-Passion" organized by the FFAP in the town of Villeneuve-sur-Lot (department of Lot-et-Garonne).
To note that nothing is written, on or under the stamp above, about its validity (mentioned only on the letter's reverse side) ??
I do not know how many covers of this kind have been issued by Phil@poste...
Trois feuillets figuraient à l'intérieur de cette lettre, consacrés au 800ème anniversaire de la cathédrale de Reims commémoré en 2011.La partie gauche du 1er feuillet ci-dessus inclut la mention "Avec les compliments de Phil@poste" ainsi que le visuel d'un des 2 timbres ronds (sans validité postale) du splendide bloc gravé émis le 9 mai 2011.
Three commemorative sheets were included inside this letter, all devoted to the 800th anniversary of the Cathedral of Reims celebrated in 2011.
The left part of the first sheet above includes the words "With compliments of Phil@poste" as well as the design of one of the two round stamps (without any postal validity) of the beautiful engraved souvenir sheet issued on May 9, 2011.
Même visuel sur ce 2ème feuillet ci-dessus avec un mode d'impression différent, les parties noires étant imprimées avec un léger relief, rappelant qu'il s'agit d'un vitrail du 13ème siècle, représentant un roi de l'Ancien Testament faisant partie de la grande rose de la façade occidentale de la cathédrale de Reims, site du patrimoine de l'humanité depuis 1991.The same design on this second sheet above with a different printing process, the black parts being printed with a slight embossment, remindign that it is a stained glass dating from the 13th century, depicting a King in the Old Testament being part of the great rose of the western facade of the Cathedral of Reims, a UNESCO world heritage site since 1991.
Voici le 3ème et dernier feuillet ci-dessus avec l'ajout de couleurs sur ce timbre déplacé vers la droite.Ce feuillet comporte deux ouvertures circulaires à gauche et au centre, je pense que vous voyez où Phil@poste a voulu en venir ?

This sheet includes two circular openings on the left and center, I think you see what Phil@poste wanted to do ?
Il suffit de superposer les 3 feuillets pour obtenir le joli résultat ci-dessus !Juste un regret : que le dernier timbre à droite ne comporte pas les véritables couleurs de ce vitrail, sur fond rouge normalement...
You've just now to superimpose the three sheets to get the nice result above !
Only one regret : that the last stamp to the right does not include the real colors of this stained glass, having a red background normally...
