Au secours !!!!!!!!! J'ai besoin de votre aide pour identifier précisément l'origine de cette très mystérieuse lettre reçue très récemment d'un expéditeur anonyme...
Comment authentifier les 4 "timbres" à droite incluant les mentions "Private postal service" et "Interval" ?
A quoi fait référence la mention "Norbair" sur les 2 cachets bleus incluant aucune date d'envoi précise mais uniquement les années 2011 et 2012 ainsi que la mention "Posted on board" ("Posté à bord") ?

De nombreuses pièces sur support papier étaient incluses dans cette lettre dont les deux publiées ci-dessous.
Le même cachet est apposé sur ce "timbre" mentionnant à nouveau "Norbair" ainsi que "Dam Batai"...
Ce document mentionne également le siège de "Norbair" à l'aéroport d'Ilis Day. Ce qui m'a permis de découvrir qu'il existait un Royaume d'Ilis Day du côté de Lausanne en Suisse, d'où ce timbre officiel (1,40 CHF) de la poste suisse, non oblitéré, sur la lettre ci-dessus faisant partie de la série de 3 timbres émis le 3 septembre 2010 consacrée à l'art optique (une première mondiale).

This document also mentions the "Norbair" Head Office at the airport of Ilis Day. What allowed me to discover that there was a Kingdom of Ilis Day located in Lausanne, Switzerland, that's why an official stamp (CHF 1.40) of the Swiss Post, uncanceled, was also used on cover above, being part of the set of three stamps issued on September 3, 2010 devoted to the Optical Art (a world first).

Il semble que ce Royaume d'Ilis Day dispose d'un gouvernement puisqu'il existe un amusant ministère des postes et du Mail Art !

Parmi les pièces incluses dans cette lettre, de nombreuses représentent des "timbres", imprimés sur papier, incluant le terme "Dam Batai" qui semble faire référence à une fédération de Birmanie ??
Que de questions concernant ce pli pour le moins déconcertant...
