Timbres de Noël 2013 en Irlande

New Christmas stamps from Ireland

On November 7, 2013, the Irish Post (An Post) has issued a series of three stamps dedicated to Christmas festivities ("Nollaig" in Irish Gaelic).
These three stamps have been used on the cover below sent from Dublin (the date of dispatch is not sufficiently readable on the mechanical cancellation...). Thank you very much YL :-)
The small stamp (60c), issued in booklet of 26 self-adhesive stamps (including 1 free stamp), depicts a scene of the Nativity (by photographer Edward Coady) of a stained glass located in the Black Abbey Church (13th century) in Kilkenny. This abbey is well known for hosting the largest rose stained glass of Ireland ("Rosary Window").

The two other stamps (robin and sprig of holly) above to the right (€ 0.05 each) are self-adhesive stamps issued in roll, what the Irish Post called "SOAR strip" stamps (SOAR meaning "Stamps On A Roll").
These two stamps, issued in 15,000 copies each, include numbers in the bottom right which, I suppose, allow, among others, to identify the position of the stamp in the roll...
YL also used, at the bottom right, a stamp (0.25 €) issued on February 20, 2006, as part of the definitive series devoted to flowers, Common knapweed (Centaurea nigra) here.
Ireland is probably one of the countries of the world where Christmas is one of the lengthiest festive celebrations, traditionally beginning on December 8 (Feast of the Immaculate Conception) and ending on January 6, called "Little Christmas" ("Nollaig Bheag")...
