Faculté des sciences des transports - TAD spécial tchèque

From 7 to 13 October 2013, the postal office of Prague 1 offered to the public a special postmark, designed by Rudolf Pohl, devoted to the 20th anniversary of the Faculty of Transportation Sciences ("Fakulta dopravní") in Prague.
This postmark includes more precisely the mention in Czech "20. výročí zahájení výuky" ("20th anniversary of teaching beginning") and reminds that this faculty is part of the Czech Technical University in Prague ("ČVUT" or "České Vysoké Učení Technické") founded in 1707.
The logo of this University, consisting of the lion of Bohemia and a compass, appears at the bottom of this cancellation as well as on the stamp issued in 2007 by the Czech Post to commemorate the 300th anniversary of its creation.

It is that postmark that was applied on this interesting cover above, mailed on October 13, 2013. Thank you very much Slavek :-)
Slavek franked this letter with a stamp (15 CZK) having a direct link with the theme of the cancellation, Czech Railways.
That stamp is part of a souvenir sheet (designed by Jirí Bouda and engraved by Bohumil Šneider), issued on May 9, 2000, dedicated to railway transport ("Železniční doprava"), from  the 1900s to the 2000s.
That stamp, and its attached coupon, evokes railway transport in the 2000s with this Class 371 locomotive (manufactured by Škoda Works from 1996 to 2000) used to tow Eurocity trains crossing the country.
This sheet is also composed of a stamp (8 CZK) and its attached coupon (missing here) devoted to rail transport in the 1900s (steam engine), while the central vignette shows a map of the railway network in Czech Republic.
The two small identical stamps (5 CZK) to the left, issued on December 19, 2012, are part of the definitive set of the Czech Post dedicated to the folk architecture in the country, to the facade of a house in the village of Bušanovice (South Bohemia) built in 1847, here.
