Je ne sais pas si la date d'envoi depuis Prague, le 16 décembre 2019, correspond au 1er jour d'émission de cette enveloppe pré-timbrée, incluant le logo de la poste tchèque en haut à gauche (inspiré d'un cor postal) et un cor en haut à droite, associé à la mention "Service des postes" en français (la langue officielle de l'UPU) et en tchèque ("Věc poštovní služby")...

I do not know if the date of dispatch from Prague, December 16, 2019, corresponds to the first day of issue of this prepaid envelope, including the logo of the Czech Post at the top left (inspired by a postal horn) and a horn at the top right, associated with the words "Service des postes" in French (the UPU's official language) and in Czech ("Věc poštovní služby") ...
Une carte de vœux (ci-dessous), inspirée du même instrument de musique, figurait à l'intérieur de cette enveloppe, avec mentions en tchèque, allemand, français et anglais pour une année 2020 "parfaitement harmonieuse".
A noter cette mention habituelle "PF 2020" ("PF" signifiant "Pour Féliciter") en République tchèque, en référence à cette mention issue de la langue française mais uniquement usitée encore aujourd'hui dans ce pays et en Slovaquie.
A greeting card (below), inspired by the same musical instrument, was sent inside this envelope, with mentions in Czech, German, French and English for a 2020 "perfectly harmonious" year.
To note this usual mention "PF 2020" ("PF" meaning "Pour Féliciter") in Czech Republic, in reference to the words "Pour Féliciter" ("To congratulate"), from the French language, but only still used today in that country and Slovakia.
"Pour Féliciter" ne s'utilise qu'à l'écrit et peut signifier au choix "Bonne Année" ou "Meilleurs Vœux".
This mention "Pour Féliciter" is only used in written language and can mean either "Happy New Year" or "Best Wishes".
