Série "Expo philatélique mondiale EFIRO 2024" sur FDCs de Roumanie
A l'occasion de l'Exposition philatélique mondiale spécialisée ("Expoziția Filatelică Mondială Specializată") "EFIRO 2024",
organisée du 16 au 19 avril 2024 dans la Bibliothèque nationale de
Bucarest, Romfilatelia a mis en circulation plusieurs timbres ainsi que
des oblitérations spéciales.
Un grand merci à Mihnea, Dorin et Alqi pour l'envoi de ces 3 lettres spéciales depuis cette exposition EFIRO 2024, le 16 et 18 avril 2024 !
Romfilatelia a en particulier émis, le 16 avril 2024, une série composée de 3 timbres + 1 bloc-feuillet (conception : Ion Chirescu), 2 de ces timbres figurant sur les 3 lettres ci-dessous.
Les 3 timbres (tirage total : 36180) ont été imprimés chacun en feuille de 28 timbres (incluant des paires tête-bêche) et en feuillet de 8 timbres + 1 vignette centrale.
Les timbres utilisés sur ces 3 enveloppes, avec le logo "EFIRO" dans les marges, ont été extraites des feuilles de 28 timbres.
On the occasion of the Specialized World Stamp Exhibition ("Expoziția Filatelică Mondială Specializată") "EFIRO 2024", organized from April 16 to 19, 2024 in the National Library of Bucharest, Romfilatelia put into circulation several stamps as well as special cancellations.

Romfilatelia in particular issued, on April 16, 2024, a series composed of 3 stamps + 1 souvenir sheet (design: Ion Chirescu), two of these stamps appearing on the 3 covers below.
The three stamps (total print run: 36,180) were each printed in sheets of 28 stamps (including tête-bêche pairs) and in sheetlets of 8 stamps + 1 central label.
The stamps used on these 3 envelopes, with the "EFIRO" logo in the margins, were all extracted from the sheets of 28 stamps.
Le timbre à 4 L est consacré au 150ème anniversaire de la création de l'Union Postale Universelle (UPU), dont la Roumanie est l'un des pays fondateurs (avec la signature de George Lahovari à l'époque) le 9 octobre 1874.
Le timbre représente le monument de l'UPU ("Weltpostdenkmal") représentant 5 messagères (symbolisant les 5 continents) se passant des
lettres autour d'un globe terrestre, inauguré le 4 octobre 1909 à Berne. Un timbre roumain émis à l'occasion du 75ème anniversaire de l'UPU en 1949 est également reproduit sur ce timbre.
L'autre timbre (6 L) est dédié au 150ème anniversaire de l'impression des premiers timbres fiscaux à l'usine de timbres de Bucarest en 1874. Le timbre reproduit les images de ces trois timbres fiscaux ainsi qu'une presse à imprimer manuelle, utilisée à cette époque.
Les 2 timbres ont été oblitérés avec un TAD reproduisant le logo "EFIRO 2024", celui en haut à gauche (de forme pentagonale) étant également consacré au 150ème anniversaire de l'UPU.
Le 3ème TAD ci-dessus est consacré au 165ème anniversaire de l'union des Principautés de Roumanie.
Principautés unies de Moldavie et de Valachie fut le nom officiel de la
Roumanie après l'union de ces deux Principautés en 1859, sous le règne
du prince Alexandre Jean Cuza, l'une des figures majeures de la
renaissance culturelle roumaine.
The 4 L stamp is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the creation of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), of which Romania is one of the founding countries (with the signature of George Lahovari at the time) on October 9, 1874.
The stamp represents the UPU monument ("Weltpostdenkmal") representing 5 messengers (symbolizing the 5 continents) passing letters around a terrestrial globe, inaugurated on October 4, 1909 in Bern. A Romanian stamp issued on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the UPU in 1949 is also reproduced on this stamp.
The other stamp (6 L) is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the printing of the first revenue stamps at the Bucharest stamp factory in 1874. The stamp reproduces the images of these three revenue stamps as well as a manual printing press, used at that time.
The two stamps were canceled with a postmark reproducing the "EFIRO 2024" logo, the one at the top left (pentagonal in shape) also being dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the UPU.
The 3rd postmark above is dedicated to the 165th anniversary of the Union of the Principalities of Romania.
United Principalities of Moldavia and Wallachia was the official name
of Romania after the union of these two Principalities in 1859, under
the reign of Prince Alexandru Ioan Cuza, one of the major figures of the
Romanian cultural renaissance.
Les 2 mêmes timbres ont été utilisés sur la lettre ci-dessus, incluant un autre TAD illustré du 18 avril 2024, consacré à la commission de philatélie fiscale de la fédération philatélique roumaine.
A noter cette mention erronée en roumain sur ce TAD : "Filaltelie" au lieu de "Filatelie"...
Dommage que des oblitérations manuelles "Bucarest Transit" aient été appliquées sur cette enveloppe le 19 avril 2024...
Alqi a utilisé un 3ème timbre (3 L) faisant partie d'une série courante (10 timbres) émise le 3 janvier 2023, consacrée à des plantes médicinales, l'Arnica des montagnes (Arnica montana) ici.
The same two stamps were used on the cover above, including another illustrated postmark from April 18, 2024, dedicated to the Fiscal Philately Commission of the Romanian Philatelic Federation.
To note this erroneous mention in Romanian on this postmark: "Filaltelie" instead of "Filatelie"...
It's a shame that this "Bucharest Transit" hand cancellations were applied to this envelope on April 19, 2024...
Alqi used a 3rd stamp (3 L) part of a definitive series (10 stamps) issued on January 3, 2023, dedicated to medicinal plants, Mountain Arnica (Arnica montana) here.
A noter enfin sur cette 3ème lettre l'application du TAD "EFIRO 2024" avec une encre de couleur bleue.
Finally, to note on this 3rd cover the application of the "EFIRO 2024" postmark with a blue ink.
