Bloc-feuillet "30ème anniversaire de la déclaration d'indépendance" sur FDC de Moldavie

La poste moldave (Poșta Moldovei) avait déjà émis plusieurs timbres consacrés à la déclaration d'indépendance du pays, en 2001 (10ème anniversaire), 2006 (15ème anniversaire), 2011 (20ème anniversaire) ou 2016 (25ème anniversaire).
Le 27 août 2021, un nouveau bloc-feuillet a été mis en circulation afin de commémorer cette fois le 30ème anniversaire de cette déclaration d'indépendance ("30 de ani de la proclamarea independenței Republicii Moldova").
Merci beaucoup Nicolae pour ce splendide FDC officiel (tirage : 300), avec TAD de Chișinău (MD-2012), concernant ce bloc-feuillet ! 
Ce bloc-feuillet (5,75 L, tirage : 20000), conçu par Alexandr Kornienko, représente au centre la résidence actuelle du président de la République de Moldavie. 
The Post of Moldova (Poșta Moldovei) had already issued several stamps dedicated to the country's declaration of independence, in 2001 (10th anniversary), 2006 (15th anniversary), 2011 (20th anniversary) or 2016 (25th anniversary).
On August 27, 2021, a new souvenir sheet was put into circulation to commemorate the 30th anniversary of this declaration of independence ("30 de ani de la proclamarea independenței Republicii Moldova").

This souvenir sheet (5.75 L, print run: 20,000), designed by Alexandr Kornienko, depicts in the center the current residence of the President of the Republic of Moldova.

 

Ce bâtiment a été construit entre 1984 et 1987 (architectes : Yuri Tumanean, Arkady Zaltman et Viktor Iavorski), conçu pour être le nouvel édifice du Soviet suprême de la RSS de Moldavie.
La déclaration d'indépendance de la Moldavie a été signée et adoptée le 27 août 1991 dans cet édifice du Soviet suprême. Après l'indépendance de la Moldavie, le bâtiment est devenu la résidence du président de la Moldavie à partir de 2001.
La vignette à gauche montre les représentants de ce Soviet suprême devant cet édifice le 27 août 1991, avec au 1er plan Mircea Snegur, qui fut le 1er président de la République de Moldavie (jusqu'en 1997).
La vignette à droite évoque la signature par les membres du Soviet suprême de cette déclaration d'indépendance, avec en particulier (sauf erreur de ma part) Alexandru Moșanu, rentré dans l'histoire contemporaine de la Moldavie en étant élu, le 3 septembre 1990, président du Soviet Suprême moldave (380 membres) après les premières élections libres en 1990.
Alexandru Moșanu est celui qui a lu le projet de déclaration d'indépendance du 27 août 1991, voté le même jour à l'unanimité par les 278 députés présents. 

This building was constructed between 1984 and 1987 (architects: Yuri Tumanean, Arkady Zaltman and Viktor Iavorski), designed to be the new building of the Supreme Soviet of the Moldovan SSR.

The declaration of independence of Moldova was signed and adopted on August 27, 1991 in this building of the Supreme Soviet. After Moldova's independence, the building became the residence of the President of Moldova from 2001.

The label on the left shows the representatives of this Supreme Soviet in front of this building on August 27, 1991, with in the foreground Mircea Snegur, who was the 1st President of the Republic of Moldova (until 1997).

The label on the right evokes the signing by the members of the Supreme Soviet of this declaration of independence, with in particular (unless I am mistaken) Alexandru Moșanu, who entered the contemporary history of Moldova by being elected, on September 3, 1990, president of the Moldovan Supreme Soviet (380 members) after the first free elections in 1990.

Alexandru Moșanu is the one who read the draft declaration of independence of August 27, 1991, voted the same day unanimously by the 278 deputies present.
