L'Allemagne ne fait bien sûr pas partie des 51 pays fondateurs de l'Organisation des Nations Unies à la fin de la 2ème guerre mondiale, suite à la ratification de la Charte des Nations Unies à San Francisco le le 24 octobre 1945.
La République fédérale d’Allemagne et la République démocratique allemande ont été admises à l'ONU le 18 septembre 1973, en 1990 pour l'Allemagne réunifiée.
L'Allemagne est actuellement l'un des 10 pays non-permanents au Conseil de Sécurité des Nations Unies pour la période 2019-2020, et préside ce Conseil pendant ce mois de juillet 2020.
Le 4 juin 2020, la Deutsche Post a mis en circulation un nouveau timbre consacré au au 75ème anniversaire de la création des Nations Unies ("75 Jahre Vereinte Nationen").

The Federal Republic of Germany and the German Democratic Republic were admitted to the United Nations on September 18, 1973, in 1990 for reunified Germany.
Germany is currently one of the 10 non-permanent countries on the United Nations Security Council for the period 2019-2020, and chairs this Council during this month of July 2020.
On June 4, 2020, the Deutsche Post released a new stamp dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the creation of the United Nations ("75 Jahre Vereinte Nationen").
Ce timbre (1,70€), conçu par Angela Kühn et imprimé en feuillet de 10 timbres (comme d'habitude), a été utilisé sur la lettre ci-dessus envoyée le 1er jour d'émission depuis la ville de Bielefeld (Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie). Merci beaucoup Jens !
A noter que le logo officiel de ce 75ème anniversaire ne figure pas sur ce timbre...
J'aime beaucoup ce timbre, au style typiquement allemand, incluant le préambule de cette Charte des Nations Unies, "Nous, peuples des Nations Unies...", avec des lettres arborant des couleurs différentes pour rappeler sans doute la diversité des peuples, des drapeaux des 193 pays membres de l'Organisation des Nations Unies.
À ce jour, 75 ans après sa fondation, l'Organisation des Nations Unies est le seul forum où tous les états se réunissent pour trouver des solutions communes aux problèmes mondiaux, le Conseil de Sécurité des Nations Unies œuvrant pour la paix et de sécurité.
This stamp (€ 1.70), designed by Angela Kühn and printed in a sheetlet of 10 stamps (as usual), was used on the cover above sent on the first day of issue from the city of Bielefeld (North Rhine-Westphalia). Thank you very much Jens!

I really like this stamp, with its typically German style, including the preamble to this Charter of the United Nations, "We, the peoples of the United Nations ...", with letters in different colors to undoubtedly recall the diversity of peoples, flags of the 193 member countries of the United Nations.
To date, 75 years after its founding, the United Nations is the only forum where all states come together to find common solutions to global problems, the United Nations Security Council working for peace and security.
