"30 years of diplomatic relations with Azerbaijan" postal stationery from Poland

Entier postal "30 ans de relations diplomatiques avec l'Azerbaïdjan" de Pologne

Le 22 février 2022 (22.02.2022, un palindrome !), la poste polonaise a mis en circulation un entier postal (tarif "A" - 3,60 PLN, tirage : 8000) consacré au 30ème anniversaire du rétablissement des relations diplomatiques entre la Pologne et l'Azerbaïdjan ("30-lecie wznowienia polsko-azerbejdżańskich stosunków dyplomatycznych").
La Pologne a été l'un des premiers pays à reconnaître l'indépendance des états du Caucase du Sud après la chute de l'URSS, et à établir des relations diplomatiques avec eux. Le premier de ces états était la République d'Azerbaïdjan, avec laquelle la Pologne avait déjà établi de telles relations le 21 février 1992. 
Les 2 pays avaient auparavant brièvement restauré des relations diplomatiques en 1920, peu de temps avant que la République démocratique d'Azerbaïdjan ne soit intégrée de force à l'URSS.

On February 22, 2022 (22.02.2022, a palindrome!), the Polish Post put into circulation a postal stationery ("A" rate - 3.60 PLN, print run: 8,000) dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the re-establishment of diplomatic relations between the Poland and Azerbaijan ("30-lecie wznowienia polsko-azerbejdżańskich stosunków dyplomatycznych").
Poland was one of the first countries to recognize the independence of the South Caucasian states after the fall of the USSR, and to establish diplomatic relations with them. The first of these states was the Republic of Azerbaijan, with which Poland had already established such relations on February 21, 1992.
The two countries had previously briefly restored diplomatic relations in 1920, shortly before the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic was forcibly incorporated into the USSR.

A noter que la poste polonaise va mettre en circulation, le 28 avril 2022, un entier postal similaire concernant les 30 ans de relations diplomatiques avec la Géorgie (l'Arménie à suivre ?).
Vera a complété l'affranchissement avec un timbre (4 PLN, tirage : 140000) émis le 31 janvier 2022 dans le cadre d'une série intitulée "Les polonais dans le monde".

Ce timbre évoque l'architecte polonais Józef Gosławski (1865-1904) qui fut architecte en chef de la ville de Bakou en Azerbaïdjan.
L'activité créative de Gosławski dans les années 1893-1900 a abouti à la conception et à la construction de 12 bâtiments qui ont changé le visage architectural de la ville, dont le bâtiment du conseil municipal de Bakou représenté sur ce timbre.
A noter que la poste polonaise avait émis en 2019 une série commune avec la poste azerbaïdjanaise, consacrée à différents édifices de Bakou construits par des architectes polonais, dont déjà ce bâtiment du conseil municipal. 

To note that the Polish Post will put into circulation, on April 28, 2022, a similar postal stationery about the 30 years of diplomatic relations with Georgia (Armenia to follow?).

Vera completed the postage with a stamp (4 PLN, print run: 140,000) issued on January 31, 2022 as part of a series called "Polish people in the world".

This stamp evokes the Polish architect Józef Gosławski (1865-1904) who was chief architect of the city of Baku in Azerbaijan.

Gosławski's creative activity in the years 1893-1900 resulted in the design and construction of 12 buildings that changed the architectural face of the city, including the Baku City Council building depicted on this stamp.

It should be noted that the Polish Post issued a joint series with the Azerbaijani Post in 2019, devoted to various buildings in Baku built by Polish architects, including this municipal council building.
