"Emil Loteanu - 85th birth anniversary" postmark on prepaid envelope from Moldova

TAD "85 ans de la naissance d'Emil Loteanu" sur enveloppe pré-timbrée de Moldavie

Le 6 novembre 2021, la poste moldave a mis en circulation un TAD spécial consacré au 85ème anniversaire (jour pour jour) de la naissance du réalisateur, scénariste et poète Emil Loteanu (1936-2003), grande personnalité du cinéma soviétique et moldave.
Ce TAD (conception : Vitaliu Pogolșa) a été appliqué par le bureau principal de Chișinău (MD-2012) sur cette enveloppe pré-timbrée. Merci beaucoup Nicolae ! 
Cette enveloppe "In Memoriam" (0,40 L, conception : Vitaliu Pogolșa, tirage : 100000), émise le 12 mars 2004, rendait également hommage à Emil Loteanu, un an après son décès.  
Pendant la période 1973-1983, il a été metteur en scène au studio "Mosflim" à Moscou. En 1985, Emil Loteanu rentre en Moldavie où il déploie une activité cinématographique très intense. Il est élu Président de l'Union des Cinéastes de Moldavie et enseigne à l'Institut de Beaux-Arts de Chișinău. 
On November 6, 2021, the Post of Moldova put into circulation a special postmark dedicated to the 85th anniversary (to the day) of the birth of director, screenwriter and poet Emil Loteanu (1936-2003), a great personality of Soviet and Moldovan cinema.
This postmark (design: Vitaliu Pogolșa) was applied by the main office in Chișinău (MD-2012) on this prepaid envelope. Thank you very much Nicolae!
This "In Memoriam" envelope (0.40 L, design: Vitaliu Pogolșa, print run: 100,000), issued on March 12, 2004, also paid tribute to Emil Loteanu, one year after his death.
During the period 1973-1983, he was a director at the "Mosflim" studio in Moscow. In 1985, Emil Loteanu returned to Moldova where he developed a very intense cinematographic activity. He was elected President of the Union of Filmmakers of Moldova and teaches at the Institute of Fine Arts in Chișinău.

 

Les carrières cinématographiques respectives de l'acteur Grigore Grigoriu et Emil Loteanu ont été souvent mêlées puisque le premier à souvent jouer dans des films réalisés par le 2ème, en particulier les films "Lăutarii" (1971, timbre émis en 1995) et "Şatra" ou "Les Tsiganes montent au ciel" (1976).
Emil Loteanu s'est fait en particulier connaître en 1978 avec le film "Un accident de chasse" ("Gingaşa şi tandra mea fiară") inspiré du livre "Drame de Chasse" (1884) d'Anton Tchekhov.
En 1986, Emil Loteanu a réalisé le film artistique "Luceafărul", dont le protagoniste est le grand poète Mihai Eminescu et qui est d'ailleurs l'unique offrande cinématographique dédiée au poète.
Emil Loteanu est aussi connu comme auteur de poésie et de prose. Ses premiers vers ont été publiés en 1949, à Bucarest, dans la revue "Contemporanul".

The respective film careers of actor Grigore Grigoriu and Emil Loteanu were often intertwined as the first often played in movies directed by the second, in particular in the films "Lăutarii" (1971, stamp issued in 1995) and "Şatra" or "Queen of the Gypsies" (1976).

Emil Loteanu became particularly known in 1978 with the film "A hunting accident" ("Gingaşa şi tandra mea fiară") inspired by Anton Chekhov's book "Hunting Drama" (1884). 

In 1986, Emil Loteanu made the artistic film "Luceafărul", whose protagonist is the great poet Mihai Eminescu and which, moreover, is the only cinematographic work of art dedicated to the poet.

Emil Loteanu is also known as an author of poetry and prose. His first verses were published in 1949, in Bucharest, in the magazine "Contemporanul".

 

 

Nicolae a utilisé un autre timbre (5,75 L) faisant partie d'une série (4 timbres) émise le le 29 juin 2016, consacrée à différentes personnalités importantes ("Personalităţi ilustre") originaires de Moldavie, dont Emil Loteanu ici.
Un portrait du cinéaste figure sur ce timbre ainsi qu'une photographie le montrant dans son appartement à Chișinău en 1972. 
D'autres timbres figurent au verso de cette enveloppe ci-dessus, en particulier un timbre (drapeau - 4,20 L) faisant partie d'un bloc-feuillet (3 timbres) émis le 23 juin 2011 à l'occasion des 20 ans de l'émission des premiers timbres-poste par la République de Moldavie.

Nicolae used another stamp (5.75 L) part of a series (4 stamps) issued on June 29, 2016, dedicated to different important personalities ("Personalităţi ilustre") from Moldova, including Emil Loteanu here.

A portrait of the filmmaker appears on this stamp as well as a photograph showing him in his apartment in Chișinău in 1972.

Other stamps appear on the back of this envelope above, in particular a stamp (flag - 4.20 L) forming part of a souvenir sheet (3 stamps) issued on June 23, 2011 on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the issue of the first postage stamps by the Republic of Moldova.
