Timbre "30 ans de relations diplomatiques", commun avec le Qatar, sur lettre de Géorgie

Les relations diplomatiques officielles entre l'État du Qatar et la Géorgie ont été établies le 16 mars 1993. La Géorgie avait alors trois missions diplomatiques dans le monde arabe. Les 2 pays disposent d'ambassades respectives à Doha et Tbilissi.
Le gouvernement géorgien a accordé une grande priorité au développement de relations bilatérales amicales et fructueuses avec l'État du Qatar et le reste des États du Conseil de coopération du Golfe. La Géorgie cherche en particulier à attirer les investissements qatariens dans le pays, ainsi qu'à ouvrir le marché qatari à ses produits.
Le 18 juin 2023, les administrations postales de Géorgie et du Qatar ont mis en circulation un timbre commun afin de célébrer les 30 ans de ces relations diplomatiques.
La version géorgienne de ce timbre (5,6 GEL, tirage : 15000), conçu par B. Koblianidze, figure en haut à droite sur cette jolie lettre envoyée le 22 juin 2023 depuis Tbilissi. Merci beaucoup Khatuna ! 
Official diplomatic relations between the State of Qatar and Georgia were established on March 16, 1993. Georgia then had three diplomatic missions in the Arab world. The two countries have respective embassies in Doha and Tbilisi.
The Georgian government has given high priority to developing friendly and fruitful bilateral relations with the State of Qatar and the rest of the Gulf Cooperation Council states. Georgia is particularly seeking to attract Qatari investment to the country, as well as to open the Qatari market to its products.
On June 18, 2023, the postal administrations of Georgia and Qatar released a joint stamp to celebrate these 30 years of diplomatic relations.
The Georgian version of this stamp (5.6 GEL, print run: 15,000), designed by B. Koblianidze, is present at the top right on this attractive cover sent on June 22, 2023 from Tbilisi. Thank you very much Khatuna!

Ce timbre représente différents monuments situés dans les 2 capitales, Tbilissi (à gauche) - tour de télévision, cathédrale de la Sainte-Trinité, gratte-ciel du Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel, statue Kartlis Deda, pont de la paix, opéra et monument de la Liberté de Tbilissi - et Doha (à droite) - minaret en spirale du centre culturel islamique Abdulla Bin Zaid Al Mahmoud, monument de la porte des épées, Tornado Tower, Aspire Tower, Doha Tower et mosquée Imam Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab.
Le timbre en haut à gauche (0,30 GEL) fait partie d'une jolie série (6 timbres, conception : G. Mamulashvili) émise en septembre 2022, consacrée à différentes villes historiques, Kutaisi (3ème ville du pays) avec la cathédrale de Bagrati et sa célèbre statue de l'enfant aux chapeaux sur le pont blanc ici.
Le 3ème timbre (1 GEL), en 2 exemplaires, fait partie d'une série (4 timbres) émise le 14 juin 2008, consacrée à différentes personnalités géorgiennes, Noe Zhordania (1868-1953) ici. 
Son portrait sur fond de drapeau de la République démocratique de Géorgie utilisé entre 1918 et 1921, est représenté sur ce timbre. Noe Zhordania fut président des 2ème et 3ème gouvernements de cette République, avant d'être forcé à l'exil, en France, après l'invasion du pays par la Russie en 1921.

The stamp on the top left (0.30 GEL) is part of a nice series (6 stamps, design: G. Mamulashvili) issued in September 2022, dedicated to different historical cities, Kutaisi (the country's 3rd city) with Bagrati Cathedral and its famous statue of this young boy with hats on white bridge here.
The 3rd stamp (1 GEL), in two copies, is part of a series (4 stamps) issued on June 14, 2008, devoted to various Georgian personalities, Noe Zhordania (1868-1953) here. 
His portrait with the flag of the Democratic Republic of Georgia in the background, used between 1918 and 1921, is featured on this stamp. Noe Zhordania was president of the 2nd and 3rd governments of this Republic, before being forced into exile, in France, after the invasion of the country by Russia in 1921.
