2014 EUROPA stamp set from Armenia

It was one of my favorite series among the EUROPA stamps issued last year (theme : "National musical instruments") so a big thank you Sergey for this letter sent on May 7, 2015 from Yerevan, franked with the two EUROPA stamps issued by the Armenian Post !
These two stamps (350 drams each), designed by Vahagn Mkrtchyan, have been issued on May 24, 2014 and printed in France by Cartor Security Printing, each in sheet containing 8 stamps (total print run : 50,000 for each stamp).

I actually like the design of these two stamps, with the entire instrument on the foreground (a zurna and a pku here) and old illustrations (inspired by real Armenian miniatures ?) in the background showing some characters playing the same instrument (including a woman-bird on the stamp to the left).
The zurna is a wind conical instrument with double reed (oboe family) with origins in Anatolia, also present on the EUROPA stamps issued in 2014 in Azerbaijan or Northern Cyprus.
The pku is a very ancient musical instrument, typically Armenian, similar to a clarinet.
Considered as the national instrument of Armenia, it is a single-reed wind instrument with seven holes and a open cone (bull horn) at one end.
Finally, to note the impressive blue postmark applied to these stamps. I guess the arrow (indicating the number 7 on a dial including numbers from 1 to 12) refers to the deposit hour of the letter ?
