Après l'exposition philatélique internationale en 1995 et la championnat du monde de philatélie en 2004, Singapour aura l'honneur d'organiser une nouvelle exposition philatélique internationale en 2015, l'année des célébrations du 50ème anniversaire de l'indépendance de la cité-état.
D'ici là, la poste de Singapour émettra 4 séries de timbres spéciaux ayant pour thème "Les timbres pour tous les âges" en 2012, 2013, 2014 et 2015.
Le 31 août 2012, la 1ère série a été émise avec 2 timbres reproduisant les 2 plus fortes valeurs de la série courante "Poissons, Orchidées et Oiseaux" (16 timbres) émis entre 1962 et 1966.
Ce sont ces 2 timbres (2$ chacun) émis avec une vignette centrale, qui figurent sur le très joli FDC officiel ci-dessous envoyé en recommandé. Merci beaucoup Terence :-)
After the World Stamp Exhibition in 1995 and the World Stamp Championship in 2004, Singapore will have the honor of organizing a new World Stamp Exhibition in 2015, the year of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the independence of the city-state.
In the meantime, the Post of Singapore will issue four sets of special stamps with the theme "Stamps for all ages" in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
On August 31, 2012, the first series was issued with two stamps reproducing the two highest nominal values of the "Fishes, Orchids and Birds" definitive series (16 stamps) issued between 1962 and 1966.
These two stamps ($2.00 each) issued with a central vignette, appear on the very nice official FDC below sent by registered mail. Thank you very much Terence :-)
Cette vignette centrale représente le logo de cette exposition philatélique "Singapour 2015" alors que les 2 timbres montrent un pygargue blagre (Haliaeetus leucogaster) à gauche et un souimanga à poitrine jaune (Leptocoma jugularis) et des fleurs de plante corail (Russelia juncea) sur le timbre de droite.
A noter qu'un bloc-feuillet réunissant les 2 timbres (avec valeur 5$) a également été émis avec certaines parties imprimées en relief.
Du 31 août au 2 septembre 2012 avait lieu (à la bibliothèque nationale) la 2ème édition de la "Tri-Nation Stamp Exhibition", organisée par l'association des philatélistes de Singapour (ASP), avec des exposants venant de Malaisie, de Thaïlande et de Singapour.
A noter également sur cette lettre ci-dessus la marque bleue et le cachet postal évoquant cette exposition philatélique.

To note that a souvenir sheet combining the two stamps (with $ 5 values) has been also issued with embossed parts.
