J'ai déjà évoqué sur ce blog les 2 oblitérations spéciales émises par la poste tchèque consacrées respectivement à la 1ère élection présidentielle dans le pays au suffrage universel direct (émise le 11 janvier 2013) et au début de mandat du nouveau président de la république (émise le 8 mars 2013).
Comme ce fut le cas pour ses 2 prédécesseurs (Václav Havel et Václav Klaus) depuis l'indépendance du pays en 1993, un nouveau timbre courant a été émis le 24 avril 2013 consacré au 3ème président de la république tchèque, Miloš Zeman.
Gravé par Miloš Ondráček et émis en feuille de 100 timbres, ce timbre figure en 2 exemplaires sur le pli Premier Jour ci-dessous. Merci beaucoup Bret :-)
I've already mentioned on this blog the two special cancellations issued by the Czech Post devoted respectively to the first presidential election in the country by direct universal suffrage (issued on January 11, 2013) and to the beginning of the term of the new President of the Republic (issued on March 8, 2013).
As it was the case for his two predecessors (Václav Havel and Václav Klaus) since the country's independence in 1993, a new definitive stamp was issued on April 24, 2013 dedicated to the third president of the Czech Republic, Miloš Zeman.
Engraved by Miloš Ondráček and issued in sheet of 100 stamps, that stamp is included in two copies on the first day cover below. Thank you very much Bret :-)
Émis au tarif postal permanent "A" (lettre standard domestique jusqu'à 50g, 10 CZK actuellement), ce timbre représente un portrait de Miloš Zeman (né en 1944), le 1er président tchèque élu au suffrage universel direct (il a battu Karel Schwarzenberg au 2ème tour le 26 janvier 2013).
Considéré comme pro-européen, Miloš Zeman avait occupé plusieurs postes politiques importants auparavant (premier ministre, président de la chambre des députés...).
A noter les 2 TAD différents du bureau de poste n°1 de Prague ci-dessus ainsi que l'illustration à gauche montrant le château de Prague, la résidence officielle du président tchèque, avec la mention "První den vydání" ("Premier jour d'émission").
Issued with the permanent postal rate "A" (domestic standard letter up to 50g, 10 CZK currently), that stamp depicts a portrait of Miloš Zeman (born in 1944), the first Czech president elected by direct universal suffrage (he won the 2nd round against Karel Schwarzenberg on January 26, 2013).
Considered pro-European, Miloš Zeman had held several political offices in the past (Prime Minister, President of the Chamber of Deputies...).
To note the two different postmark from the post office 1 of Prague used above as well as the illustration at the left showing the Prague Castle, the official residence of the Czech president, with the words "První den vydání" ("First Day of issue").

J'aime beaucoup l'oblitération utilisée sur le feuillet commémoratif numéroté ci-dessus, émis par le bureau de poste n°12 situé dans le château ("hrad") de Prague !
Ce TAD représente un autre monument emblématique de la capitale tchèque situé dans l'enceinte de ce château qui domine la ville, la cathédrale Saint-Guy ("Katedrála sv. Víta, Václava a Vojtěcha").

I really love the cancellation used on the numbered commemorative sheet above, issued by the post office 12 situated in the castle ("hrad") of Prague !
This postmark features another landmark of the Czech capital located inside the castle complex overlooking the city, the St. Vitus Cathedral ("Katedrála sv. Víta, Václava a Vojtěcha").
L'autre feuillet ci-dessus a été émis avec encore un autre TAD du 24 avril 2013 de Prague incluant la mention "den vydání" ("jour d'émission").
Pas d'oblitération Premier Jour (comme c'est le cas pour les timbres commémoratifs) concernant ce timbre mais 4 TAD différents utilisés sur ces 3 documents ci-dessus !
The other sheet above was issued with yet another cancellation of Prague of April 24, 2013 including the words "den vydání" ("day of issue").
No official FDC cancellation (as it is the case with commemorative stamps) regarding that stamp but four different postmarks used on these three philatelic pieces above !
