EUROPA 2016 m/s from Bosnia and Herzegovina (HP Mostar)

Bloc-feuillet EUROPA 2016 de Bosnie-Herzégovine (HP Mostar)

Merci beaucoup Edin pour cette jolie lettre recommandée postée le 11 avril 2016 de la ville de Mostar située dans la Fédération de Bosnie-Herzégovine, une des 2 entités composant la Bosnie-Herzégovine (l'autre étant la République serbe de Bosnie).
Pour rappel, au sein de cette Fédération de Bosnie-Herzégovine, deux opérateurs postaux ont été créés en 1993 après l'indépendance du pays, dont la poste croate de Mostar (HP Mostar).
Le bloc-feuillet utilisé ici est composé de 2 timbres identiques (3 Marks convertibles) constituant l'émission EUROPA mise en circulation le 5 avril 2016 illustrant cette année le thème de l'écologie à travers le slogan "Think Green" ("Misli Zeleno").
Thank you very much Edin for this nice registered letter posted on April 11, 2016 from the city of Mostar located in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, one of the two entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina (the other one being the Republika Srpska).
As a reminder, within this Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, two postal operators were created in 1993 after the country's independence, including the Croatian Post in Mostar (HP Mostar). 
The souvenir sheet used here consists of two identical stamps (3 Convertible Marks) constituting the EUROPA issue put into circulation on April 5, 2016 illustrating this year the theme of ecology through the slogan "Think Green" ("Misli Zeleno").

Pour rappel, un dessin commun a été choisi par PostEurop pour être reproduit sur les timbres EUROPA émis cette année, dans le cadre des célébrations du 60ème anniversaire de l'émission des premiers timbres EUROPA.
C'est le projet de la poste chypriote (auteur : Doxia Sergidou) qui a été retenu pour ce timbre commun, symbolisant la responsabilité de l'homme (à travers une main) pour transformer le gris (pollution de l'environnement) en vert (énergies renouvelables...).
Contrairement à d'autres administrations postales, la poste croate de Mostar n'a émis que ce timbre, dans une même feuille composée de 8 timbres + 2 vignettes centrales ainsi que dans le bloc-feuillet utilisé ci-dessus (tirage : 10000).
J'aime bien ce bloc-feuillet avec une vue satellite de nuit du continent européen dans le fond, et en particulier la France (y compris Lyon !).
As a reminder, a joint design was chosen by PostEurop to be reproduced on the EUROPA stamps issued this year as part of the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the issue of the first EUROPA stamps. 
It was the project of the Cyprus Post (author : Doxia Sergidou) which was chosen for this joint stamp, symbolizing man's responsibility (through a human hand) to turn gray (environmental pollution) into green (renewable energy...).
Contrary to some other postal administrations, the Croatian Post in Mostar only issued that stamp, in a mini-sheet composed of 8 stamps + 2 central vignettes as well as in the souvenir sheet used above (print run : 10,000).
I really like this souvenir sheet with a night satellite view of the European continent in the background, and in particular France (including Lyon !).
