Du 1er au 3 mars 2018 avait lieu à Munich la 21ème édition de l'exposition philatélique internationale ("Internationale Briefmarken-Börse").
Franz (merci beaucoup !) m'a envoyé depuis cette exposition, le 3 mars 2018, le pli spécial ci-dessous incluant à gauche un des timbres de la série courante "fleurs" en cours (débutée en 2005), des fleurs de jacinthe des bois "Hyacinthoides non-scripta" (0,20€, émis le 8 juin 2017) ici.
Franz a utilisé à droite un des 3 timbres de la série de bienfaisance (0,70€ + 0,30€) émise le 1er février 2018, consacrée au célèbre conte des frères Grimm, "Le Roi Grenouille ou Henri de Fer" ("Der Froschkönig oder der eiserne Heinrich" en allemand), publié en 1812.
From 1st to 3rd March 2018 the 21st International Stamp Fair ("International Briefmarken-Börse") took place in Munich.
Franz (thank you very much!) sent me from this exhibition, on March 3, 2018, the special cover below including on the left one of the stamps of the definitive series "flowers" in progress (started in 2005), "Hyacinthoides non-scripta" blue flowers (€ 0.20, issued on June 8, 2017) here.
Franz used on the right one of the three stamps being part of the charity series (€ 0.70 + € 0.30) issued on February 1, 2018, devoted to the famous fairy tale "The Frog Prince; or, Iron Henry" ("Der Froschkönig oder der eiserne Heinrich" in German), by the Brothers Grimm, published in 1812.
Ce timbre (conception : Johannes Graf) a été imprimé en version gommée en feuillet de 10 timbres (comme les 2 autres timbres de la série) ainsi qu'en version autocollante (c'est le cas sur cette lettre) dans un carnet de 10 timbres.
Ce timbre, avec la mention "Was gibst du mir, wenn ich dein Spielwerk wieder heraufhole?" ("Que me donnerez-vous si je ramène votre jouet?"), illustre en particulier la scène où une princesse fait tomber sa balle d'or ("Goldene Kugel") dans une fontaine puis qu'une grenouille lui propose de l'aider à condition que la princesse la laisse partager sa vie.
Avec cette série annuelle émise avec une surtaxe au profit d'associations caritatives ("Für die Wohlfahrtspflege"), la poste allemande a débuté en 2014 un cycle consacré à différents contes des frères Grimm.
A noter que les "Kinder- und Hausmärchen" ("Contes de l'enfance et du foyer") des frères Grimm sont inscrits sur le registre "Mémoire du Monde" de l'UNESCO depuis 2005.
That stamp (design: Johannes Graf) was printed in gummed version in sheetlet of 10 stamps (like the two other stamps of the series) as well as in self-adhesive version (it is the case on this letter) in a booklet of 10 stamps.
That stamp, with the mention "Was gibst du mir, wenn ich dein Spielwerk wieder heraufhole?" ("What will you give me if I bring back your toy?"), particularly illustrates the scene when a princess drops her golden ball ("Goldene Kugel") in a fountain and a frog offers its help if the princess lets it share her life.
With this annual series issued with a surcharge for caritative associations ("Für die Wohlfahrtspflege"), the Deutsche Post started in 2014 a cycle devoted to different Brothers Grimm's fairy tales.
To note that the "Kinder- und Hausmärchen" ("Children's and Household Tales") of the Brothers Grimm are listed on the UNESCO's Memory of the World Register since 2005.
Une dizaine d'administrations postales étrangères étaient également présentes lors de cette exposition, en particulier la poste tchèque qui, comme les années précédentes, a célébré sa participation en émettant un entier postal spécial (tarif permanent 'E' jusqu'à 50g vers l'Europe, 35 CZK actuellement) incluant un timbre reprenant l'illustration d'un timbre tchécoslovaque (diligence postale sur le Pont Charles) émis en 1966 lors d'une exposition philatélique à Prague.
C'est cet entier postal (conception : Jan Ungrád, tirage : 2100) ci-dessus que Bret a eu la gentillesse de m'envoyer. Merci beaucoup !
La composition graphique à gauche évoque la ville de Munich avec en particulier la Frauenkirche (cathédrale Notre-Dame, 15ème siècle), la tour de télévision et l'aéroport ainsi qu'une chope de bière et des bretzels dans le fond.
A dozen foreign postal administrations were also present at this stamp exhibition, in particular the Czech Post which, as it was the case the previous years, celebrated its participation by issuing a special postal stationary (permanent rate 'E' up to the 50g to Europe, currently 35 CZK) including a stamp reproducing the design of a Czechoslovak stamp (postal stagecoach on the Charles Bridge) issued in 1966 at the occasion of a stamp exhibition in Prague.

The graphic composition on the left evokes the city of Munich with in particular the Frauenkirche (Our Lady's Cathedral, 15th century), the television tower and the airport as well as a giant beer mug and pretzels in the background.
