Après Canillo en 2017 et Brignoles (France) en 2018, l'assemblée générale de l'association philatélique Philandorre était à nouveau organisée cette année en Principauté d'Andorre, dans la capitale, Andorre-la-Vieille.
Pour rappel, Philandorre est une association ayant pour but (depuis 1977) la promotion et le développement de la philatélie andorrane, en particulier en publiant des études philatéliques et postales.
A l'occasion de cette assemblée générale, un TAD spécial a été mis en circulation à Andorre-la-Vieille (AD-500) le 31 mai (maig en catalan) 2019.
Ce TAD représente la façade de la Casa de la Vall ("Maison des Vallées"), le siège historique du Conseil général d'Andorre, l'assemblée législative de la principauté d'Andorre.
After Canillo in 2017 and Brignoles (France) in 2018, the General Assembly of the philatelic association Philandorre was again organized this year in the Principality of Andorra, in the capital, Andorra la Vella.
As a reminder, Philandorre is an association founded in 1977 to promote and develop the philately of Andorra, in particular by publishing philatelic and postal studies.
On the occasion of this General Assembly, a special cancellation was put into circulation in Andorra la Vella (AD-500) on 31 May (maig in Catalan) 2019.
This postmark represents the facade of the Casa de la Vall ("House of Valleys"), the historic seat of the General Council of Andorra, the legislative assembly of the Principality of Andorra.
Depuis 2011 et la mise en service du nouveau parlement, le Conseil général ne siège plus dans cet édifice historique.
Ce TAD a été appliqué sur la jolie lettre ci-dessus, affranchie avec le timbre (1,05€, conception : Enric Cardús, tirage : 70000), émis le 1er juin 2019 par la poste française en Andorre, consacré au 90ème anniversaire de la FHASA. Merci beaucoup Olivier !
En 1929, le Conseil général accorda aux promoteurs de la FHASA ("Forces Hidroelèctriques d'Andorra SA") l'exploitation pendant 75 ans des ressources hydrauliques d'Escaldes et de Sispony, à La Massana.
La construction de l'usine FHASA (l'intérieur figure sur ce timbre) sur le territoire de Grau del Corb (Encamp), a représenté une transformation sociale et économique pour Andorre.
FHASA a été nationalisée en 1988 et est devenue la FEDA (Forces Elèctriques d'Andorra), en charge de l'alimentation électrique du pays.
La FHASA est associée en Andorre à une série de grèves générales dans les années 1930, ayant conduit à la mise en place du suffrage universel (masculin) pour les Andorrans.
La poste espagnole en Andorre a également émis cette année un bloc-feuillet consacré au 90ème de la FHASA.
