Le timbre courant à gauche, conçu par Ladislava Pechová, est consacré aux festivités de Pâques ("Velikonoce" en tchèque), une fête chrétienne commémorant la résurrection du Christ, 3 jours après sa crucifixion. Différents symboles sont associés à Pâques, comme les cloches, l'agneau ou les œufs décorés (principalement dans les pays d'Europe de l'est), représentés sur ce timbre, arborant les couleurs du drapeau national.

The definitive stamp on the left, designed by Ladislava Pechová, is dedicated to Easter festivities ("Velikonoce" in Czech), a Christian feast commemorating the resurrection of Christ, 3 days after his crucifixion. Ce timbre, conçu par Jan Kavan, symbolise les deux piliers du système constitutionnel, la démocratie et l'ordre public. Ces chapiteaux sculptés se trouvent à l'intérieur du bâtiment de la Cour constitutionnelle, dans la ville de Brno.
