"M41 - Pamir Highway" stamp set on FDC from Kyrgyzstan (Kyrgyz Express Post)

Série "M41 - Autoroute du Pamir" sur FDC du Kirghizstan (Kyrgyz Express Post)

Le 31 décembre 2021, la Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP), le 2ème opérateur postal désigné (l'autre étant la poste kirghize) du Kirghizstan, a mis en circulation une très jolie série (2 timbres) consacrée à la spectaculaire route M41 ou Autoroute du Pamir.
Construite par les soviétiques en 1932, à l'époque de Staline, cette route M41 (1252 km de long) traverse le massif du Pamir en Asie centrale, reliant Osh au Kirghizistan à Mazar-e-Sharif en Afghanistan, en passant par le Tadjikistan et sa capitale, Douchanbé, et l'est de l'Ouzbékistan.
Avec le col Akbaital à 4655 mètres d'altitude, cette route est l'une des plus hautes routes du monde et d'après le magazine National Geographic, à la 2ème place dans le top 10 des plus jolies routes du monde. 
On December 31, 2021, the Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP), the 2nd designated postal operator (the other being the Kyrgyz Post) of Kyrgyzstan, put into circulation a very nice series (2 stamps) dedicated to the spectacular M41 road or Pamir Highway.
Built by the Soviets in 1932, at the time of Stalin, this M41 road (1,252 km long) crosses the Pamir massif in Central Asia, connecting Osh in Kyrgyzstan to Mazar-e-Sharif in Afghanistan, passing through Tajikistan and its capital, Dushanbe, and eastern Uzbekistan.
With the Akbaital pass at 4,655 meters above sea level, this road is one of the highest roads in the world and according to National Geographic magazine, in second place in the list of the top 10 most beautiful roads in the world.

 

Ces 2 timbres, conçus par Daria Maier à partir de photographies de Dmitriy Chistoprudov et Nikolay Rykov, figurent sur le joli FDC officiel ci-dessus (tirage : 200) envoyé en recommandé depuis Bichkek. 
Cette autoroute du Pamir fait partie de l'historique route de la soie qui reliait la Chine à l'Europe. Elle a toujours joué un rôle important dans le développement du commerce international et l'échange de valeurs culturelles entre les différents peuples d'Asie centrale en particulier.
Au 21ème siècle, cette route continue de jouer un rôle d'infrastructure important dans la vie socio-économique du Kirghizistan et d'autres pays de la région. Dans le même temps, l'autoroute du Pamir attire de nombreux voyageurs avec ses vues et paysages magnifiques.
These two stamps, designed by Daria Maier from photographs by Dmitriy Chistoprudov and Nikolay Rykov, are present on the nice official FDC above (print run: 200) sent by registered mail from Bishkek.
This Pamir Highway is part of the historic Silk Road that linked China to Europe. It has always played an important role in the development of international trade and the exchange of cultural values between the different peoples of Central Asia in particular.
In the 21st century, this road continues to play an important infrastructure role in the socio-economic life of Kyrgyzstan and other countries in the region. At the same time, the Pamir highway attracts many travelers with its magnificent views and landscapes.

 

Ces 2 timbres (150 KGS et 175 KGS) ont été imprimés (par Nova Imprim en Moldavie) chacun en feuillet (ci-dessus) composé de 4 timbres + 2 vignettes (tirage : 1000 feuillets pour chaque timbre).
Un bloc-feuillet (tirage : 2000) incluant les 2 timbres de cette série, a également été mis en circulation. 
These two stamps (150 KGS and 175 KGS) have been printed (by Nova Imprim in Moldova) each in sheetlet (above) composed of 4 stamps + 2 labels (print run: 1,000 sheetlets for each stamp).
A souvenir sheet (print run: 2,000) including the 2 stamps of this series, has also been put into circulation.

La KEP a également mis en circulation les 2 jolies cartes maximum ci-dessus (tirage : 200 chacune), numérotées de MC-88 à MC-89, concernant les 2 timbres de cette série.
The KEP also put into circulation the 2 pretty maxicards above (print run: 200 each), numbered from MC-88 to MC-89, concerning the 2 stamps of this series.
