Enveloppe pré-timbrée française du Père Noël, version 2022 (60ème anniversaire) !
Style identique à 2020 et 2021 concernant les enveloppes pré-timbrées 2022 envoyées par le secrétariat du Père Noël (employant environ 50 personnes) en France, ouvert entre le 15 novembre et le 20 décembre 2022 cette année.
Situé à Libourne (département de la Gironde), ce secrétariat fête cette
année ses 60 ans d'existence et a reçu en 2021 1,2 million de
lettres (y compris environ 100000 courriers électroniques)
d'enfants (plus ou moins grands !) en provenance de près de 130 pays différents !
Comme
de
coutume, un timbre personnalisé (type "IDTimbre"), représentant le Père
Noël saluant, devant un paysage de village enneigé cette année, est pré-imprimé
sur
cette enveloppe, valable pour un envoi international jusqu'à 50g (3,30 €
actuellement).
Same style as 2020 and 2021 for the 2022 prepaid envelopes sent by the Santa Claus secretariat (employing about 50 people) in France, open between November 15 and December 20, 2022 this year.
Located in Libourne (department of
Gironde - 33), this secretariat celebrates this year its 60 years of
existence and received in 2021 1.2 million letters (including about 100,000
emails) from (more or less old) children from about 130 different
countries!
As usual, a personalized stamp (type "IDTimbre"), featuring Santa Claus greeting, in front of a snowy village landscape this year, is
pre-printed on this envelope, valid for an international shipment up to
50g (€ 3.30 currently).
Cette limite de poids de 50g est surprenante puisqu'elle n'existe plus,
les 2 premiers échelons de poids étant 0-20g et 20g-100g...
A noter à nouveau l'absence de date précise d'envoi sur cette enveloppe mais
seulement un TAD rond de couleur rouge (également pré-imprimé) avec la
mention "Traineau - Père Noël", l'année "2022" et "33500 Libourne".
Comme en 2020 et 2021 : la mention du Secrétariat du Père Noël
en haut à gauche et la mention "Lettre Prioritaire
Internationale" à côté du timbre.
A noter cette année cette simili-flamme postale bleue rappelant que ce Secrétariat du Père Noël est dédié aux enfants depuis 60 ans
Comme en 2018, 2019, 2020 et 2021, aucune mention cette année sur l'enveloppe de l'auteur des
illustrations reproduites sur le timbre (uniquement sur la lettre du Père Noël accompagnant ce courrier) ...
This weight limit of 50g is surprising since it no longer exists, the first two weight steps being 0-20g and 20g-100g...
To note again the absence of a precise
date of shipment on this cover but only a round and red postmark (also pre-printed) with the
words "Traineau - Père Noël" ("Sled - Santa Claus"), the year "2022" and "33500 Libourne".
As in 2020 and 2021: the mention of the "Secrétariat du
Père Noël" at the top left and the mention "International
Priority Letter" next to the stamp.
To note this year this imitation blue postal flame reminding us that this "Secrétariat du
Père Noël" has been dedicated to children for 60 years
As in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, no
mention this year on the envelope of the author of the illustrations reproduced on the
stamp ( only on the letter from Santa Claus accompanying this mail) ...
Comme en 2020 et 2021 également concernant l'autre côté de cette enveloppe
ci-dessus : aucune illustration mais une curieuse adresse du Père Noël
en Laponie (1, rue des Enfants Sages), la mention "PL 8216" rappelant le
Village du Père Noël à Rovaniemi en Finlande, à quelques kilomètres du
cercle polaire arctique.
A noter à nouveau la présence de 2
pictogrammes ci-dessus : "Enveloppe recyclable" et "Ecologic - Priorité Neutralité carbone" rappelant que La
Poste est le premier opérateur postal à assurer la neutralité carbone
intégrale de
ses offres.
As in 2020 and 2021 also concerning the other side of this envelope above: no illustration but a
curious address of Santa Claus in Lapland ("1, rue des Enfants Sages" -
"1 Good Children Street"), the mention "PL 8216" reminding the Santa
Claus Village in Rovaniemi, Finland , a few kilometers from the Arctic
Circle.
To note again the presence of two pictograms above: "Recyclable envelope" and "Ecologic - Carbon Neutrality Priority" reminding us that La
Poste is the first postal operator to ensure full carbon neutrality of its
offers.

coordonnées géographiques à Libourne - 44°55' nord 0°13' ouest.
La mention à droite sur cette lettre indique que le réalisateur d'animation et
illustrateur indépendant Clément Soulmagnon est l'auteur des
illustrations cette année (comme en 2020 et 2021).

visuel du Père Noël sur le timbre.

from the "Secrétariat du Père Noël", including its geographical
coordinates in Libourne - 44°55' north 0°13' west.
The mention to the right on
this letter indicates that freelance animation director and illustrator
Clément Soulmagnon is the author of the illustrations this year (as in
2020 and 2021).
Finally below is the colouring postcard also sent in this envelope, showing the visual of Santa Claus on the stamp.
