Bon ça y est....j'ai succombé à l'appel du Postcrossing !
Pour rappel, le principe est d'envoyer aléatoirement des cartes postales et en retour d'en recevoir de pays tout aussi aléatoires. Même si je n'étais pas très emballé à l'idée de recevoir des cartes de gens inconnus...j'ai quand même fait l'essai et ma première carte reçue ci-dessous provient d'Oulu en Finlande. Mais j'ai comme l'impression que certains pays sont surreprésentés sur ce site...la Finlande en particulier, non ?
Mais le plus intéressant dans l'histoire est que Postcrossing est une énorme base de contacts philatéliques potentiels :-))
So that's it…I succumbed to the call of Postcrossing !
Let's remind that the principle is to send random postcards and in return to receive postcards from random countries. Even if it didn't really grab me to receive cards from unknown people… I've nevertheless done the test and my first received card below comes from Oulu, Finland. But I have as the impression that certain countries are more present than others…Finland in particular, no ?
But most interesting in the history is that Postcrossing is an enormous base of potential philatelic contacts :-))

Mais le timbre est amusant je trouve. Il représente Moominpappa en train de taper à la machine sur un rocher au milieu d'un lac....tout est normal !
Ce timbre autocollant a été emis le 9 mai 2007 en carnet avec 5 autres vignettes à 0,70€ (tarif actuel en Finlande correspondant à la 1ère classe). Ils représentent 4 membres de la famille Moomin + 2 autres personnages en été. Ces 6 personnages sont issus de bandes dessinées de l'auteur Tove Jansson.
La Poste de Finlande émet régulièrement des timbres Moomin depuis 1992.

But I find the stamp amusing. It represents Moominpappa using a typewriter on a rock in the middle of a lake…all is normal !
This self-adhesive stamp was issued on May 9, 2007 in booklet with 5 other 0,70€ (current rate in Finland corresponding to the 1st class) stamps. They represent 4 members of the Moomin family + 2 other characters during summer period. These 6 characters come from comic strips of the author Tove Jansson.
The Post of Finland regularly issues Moomin stamps since 1992.
