Un entier postal (tarif permanent 'A', envoi domestique jusqu'à 50g soit 10 CZK actuellement) a été émis le 29 mai 2013 pour annoncer cet évènement postal.

Le "timbre" en haut à droite montre la préparation de ce même ballon avant le vol.
Designed by Jiří Bouda, this postal stationary shows this postal balloon (with the colors of the Czech Post) flying above the city of Vyšší Brod and its well-known 13th century's Cistercian abbey.
The "stamp" on the top right depicts this ballon and people preparing it for flight.

Le timbre courant, émis le 24 avril 2013, représente le nouveau président tchèque, Miloš Zeman, alors que le timbre à 17 CZK, émis le 5 mai 2010, représente une vue du château de Prague, la résidence officielle du président de la république.

L'oblitération spéciale ci-dessus a été émise à Prague le 25 juin 2013, le jour exact de sa naissance 110 ans plus tôt.

I've already mentioned on this blog the stamp above, issued on April 3, 2013 to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the birth of the British writer George Orwell (1903-1950), famous for his books "Animal Farm" or "1984".
The special cancellation above was issued in Prague on June 25, 2013, the exact day of his birth 110 years earlier.
This postmark doubtless evokes the concept of Big Brother (a character of "1984"), symbol of complete surveillance and abuse regarding civil liberties...
