Merci beaucoup Maxim pour cette très intéressante lettre, envoyée le 10 juin 2020 depuis la ville allemande de Münster (Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie), où la poste privée "Brief und mehr" ("Lettre et plus") a son siège social.
Créée en 2006, "Brief und mehr" est une des nombreuses postes privées allemandes, opérant dans la région de Münster, avec plus de 2000 clients réguliers (entreprises, institutions publiques et particuliers).
Cette poste privée dispose de ses propres boîtes aux lettres (différentes de celle de la Deutsche Post) et points de ventes, qui peuvent être géolocalisés.
"Brief und mehr" émet régulièrement ses propres timbres comme les 2 exemplaires utilisés sur cette lettres, imprimés dans un même carnet composé de 10 timbres autocollants (5 de chaque).

Created in 2006, "Brief und mehr" is one of the many German private posts, operating in the Münsterland region, with more than 2.000 regular customers (companies, public institutions and individuals).
This private post has its own mailboxes (different from that of the Deutsche Post) and points of sale, which can be geolocated.
"Brief und mehr" is regularly issuing its own stamps such as the two ones used on this cover, printed in the same booklet made up of 10 self-adhesive stamps (5 of each).

Ce carnet a été mis en circulation le 6 avril 2020 dans le cadre des règles sanitaires à appliquer pour lutter contre l'épidémie de Covid-19 en Allemagne, avec ces 2 slogans "Stay home, Save lives" en anglais ("Restez chez vous, Sauvez des vies") et "Bleiben Sie gesund" en allemand ("Restez en bonne santé").
Ces 2 timbres concernant le tarif domestique standard jusqu'à 20g (0,70€, 0,80€ pour la Deutsche Post), le tarif international pour un envoi jusqu'à 20g étant de 1,00€ (1,10€ pour la Deutsche Post).
A noter que cette lettre a transité par les Pays-Bas, la ville de Schiedam (près de Rotterdam) en particulier, où une marque "Port Payé - PostNL" a été appliquée.
Je suppose que "Brief und mehr" a signé un accord avec PostNL concernant les lettres envoyées à l'étranger ?
This booklet was put into circulation on April 6, 2020 within the framework of the health rules to be applied to fight against the epidemic of Covid-19 in Germany, with these two slogans "Stay home, Save lives" in English and "Bleiben Sie gesund" in German ("Stay healthy").
These two stamps concern the standard domestic rate up to 20g (€ 0.70, € 0.80 for the Deutsche Post), the international rate for a shipment up to 20g being € 1.00 (€ 1.10 for the Deutsche Post).
To note that this letter passed through the Netherlands, the city of Schiedam (near Rotterdam) in particular, where a "Postage Paid - PostNL" mark was applied.
I suppose "Brief und mehr" has signed an agreement with PostNL concerning letters sent abroad?
