Prepaid envelope "Spring will come again!" from Ukraine

Enveloppe pré-timbrée "Le printemps reviendra!" d'Ukraine

Le 12 octobre 2022, la poste ukrainienne UkrPoshta a mis en circulation une nouvelle enveloppe pré-timbrée (tarif "U" pour un envoi domestique non prioritaire jusqu'à 50g, 12 UAH) ayant pour thème la guerre actuelle avec la Russie, débutée le 24 février 2022.
Intitulée "Le printemps reviendra!" ("Весна настане знову!"), cette enveloppe (prix de vente : 15 UAH, tirage : 350000) a été conçue par Andrii Sahach, le lauréat du concours interne de la poste ukrainienne pour proposer à PostEurop un timbre commun illustrant le thème EUROPA en 2023, "La paix, la valeur la plus élevée de l'humanité".
Cette proposition ukrainienne n'a pas été retenue par PostEurop (la proposition de la poste luxembourgeoise a été choisie) mais c'est intéressant de la voir déclinée en enveloppe pré-timbrée ! 
On October 12, 2022, the Ukrainian Post UkrPoshta put into circulation a new prepaid envelope ("U" rate for non-priority domestic mail up to 50g, 12 UAH) with the theme of the current war with Russia, which started on February 24, 2022.
Entitled "Spring will come again!" ("Весна настане знову!"), this envelope (selling price: 15 UAH, print run: 350,000) was designed by Andrii Sahach, the winner of the Ukrainian Post's internal competition to propose PostEurop a joint stamp illustrating the EUROPA theme in 2023, "Peace, the highest value of humanity".
This Ukrainian proposal was not accepted by PostEurop (the proposal from the Luxembourg Post was chosen) but it is interesting to see it declined in a prepaid envelope!

Andrii Sahach a illustré ici des missiles/bombes sous formes d'oiseaux noirs, tombant sur le territoire ukrainien, symbolisé par ces fleurs de tournesol, saignant, dont les graines représentent la diversité de la population.

Natalia a utilisé un des 2 timbres (tarif "W" - 55 UAH, tirage : 200000) de la série "Bonsoir, nous venons d'Ukraine!" émise le 28 juillet 2022 en référence à la salutation devenue emblématique en 2022 après l'invasion militaire russe de l'Ukraine. Aujourd'hui, les journalistes, les officiels et le personnel militaire commencent leurs émissions avec cette phrase.
Ce timbre a été conçu à partir d'un dessin d'Anastasia Bondarets (lauréate parmi 1500 dessins proposés au vote) arborant les couleurs du drapeau national, montrant un tracteur ukrainien remorquant un char russe (avec le "Z" de cette opération spéciale russe).  
Pour Anastasia Bondarets, son dessin parle du fait que chaque ukrainien, en vertu de ses propres capacités, fait tout ce qui dépend de lui pour que le pays se rapproche de la victoire.
Andrii Sahach illustrated here missiles/bombs in the form of black birds, falling on Ukrainian territory, symbolized by these sunflower flowers, bleeding, whose seeds represent the diversity of the population. Natalia used one of the two stamps ("W" rate - 55 UAH, print run: 200,000) from the series "Good evening, we are from Ukraine!" issued on July 28, 2022 in reference to the greeting that became iconic in 2022 after the Russian military invasion of Ukraine. Today, journalists, officials and military personnel begin their broadcasts with this phrase. 
This stamp was designed from a drawing by Anastasia Bondarets (winner among 1500 drawings put up for vote) displaying the colors of the national flag, showing a Ukrainian tractor towing a Russian tank (with the "Z" of this Russian special operation).
For Anastasia Bondarets, her drawing is about the fact that every Ukrainian, by virtue of his own capabilities, does everything that depends on him/her to bring our Victory closer.
