Enveloppe spéciale "Premier vol Figari-Francfort" par Air Dolomiti
Comme la compagnie aérienne allemande Lufthansa le fait régulièrement lors de la mise en opération de premiers vols commerciaux, un nouveau cachet spécial a été mis en circulation le 17 mai 2025 à l'occasion du premier vol entre les aéroports de Figari-Sud-Corse et Francfort-sur-le-Main.
Un grand merci Jens pour l'envoi de cette lettre spéciale sur laquelle ce cachet rectangulaire a été appliqué, envoyée le jour de ce premier vol, 17 mai 2025, depuis Figari (2A - Corse-du-Sud) !
Comme mentionné sur ce cachet, ce vol LH 5641 a été effectué par la compagnie Air Dolomiti (EN 8907), une compagnie aérienne régionale italienne, basée à Dossobuono, qui appartient à Lufthansa Group, avec un appareil Embraer 190 (environ 100 passagers), un avion civil produit par l'entreprise brésilienne Embraer.
As is customary for the German airline Lufthansa when launching its first commercial flights, a special cachet was issued on May 17, 2025, to commemorate the inaugural flight between the Figari-Sud-Corse and Frankfurt am Main airports.

As indicated on the cachet, this flight, LH 5641, was operated by Air Dolomiti (EN 8907), an Italian regional airline based in Dossobuono, which belongs to the Lufthansa Group, using an Embraer 190 aircraft (approximately 100 passengers), a commercial airliner manufactured by the Brazilian company Embraer.
A noter également sur cette enveloppe l'application le 19 mai 2025, d'un TAD du centre postal international (IPZ - Internationales Postzentrum) situé près de l'aéroport de Francfort-sur-le-Main ("Frankfurt Flughafen").
Cette lettre a en effet voyagé à bord de ce premier vol Air Dolomiti entre Figari et Francfort-sur-le-Main.
Situé à Figari dans le sud de la Corse, à proximité de Porto-Vecchio et de Bonifacio, l'aéroport de Figari a accueilli près de 900000 passagers en 2024, ce qui en fait le troisième aéroport de Corse après ceux d'Ajaccio et de Bastia.
Le timbre (2,10€, conception : Chen Jiang Hong) fait partie d'un bloc-feuillet (5 timbres, tirage : 330000), émis le 20 janvier 2025, consacré au Nouvel An chinois et en particulier à l'année du serpent de bois (29 janvier 2025 - 16 février 2026).
Avec plus de 4000 ans d'histoire, la fête du Nouvel An, pierre angulaire de la culture chinoise, est célébrée par environ 2 milliards de personnes dans le monde.
Also noteworthy on this envelope is the application, on May 19, 2025, of a postmark from the International Postal Center (IPZ - Internationales Postzentrum) located near Frankfurt am Main Airport ("Frankfurt Flughafen").

The stamp (€2.10, design: Chen Jiang Hong) is part of a souvenir sheet (5 stamps, print run: 330,000), issued on January 20, 2025, dedicated to the Chinese New Year and in particular to the Year of the Wood Snake (January 29, 2025 - February 16, 2026).
