China-Malaysia diplomatic relations

Le 31 mai 1974, les 2 gouvernements de Chine et de Malaisie signaient à Pékin une déclaration officialisant les relations diplomatiques entre les 2 pays.
La poste de Malaisie a souhaité commémorer ce 35ème anniversaire en émettant le 31 mai 2009 une enveloppe spéciale pré-timbrée (tirage total : 100000 exemplaires).
Chaque enveloppe, affranchie avec un timbre à 95 sen (tarif postal pour l' envoi d'une lettre standard vers la Chine), est vendue 2 RM.
J'ai eu la chance de recevoir cette intéressante enveloppe, revêtue du cachet "1er jour" d'émission à Ipoh (Etat de Perak). A noter que cette lettre n'a pas été taxée alors que le tarif postal pour l'envoi d'une lettre vers la France est de 1,50 RM ???

On 31 May 1974, the two governments of China and Malaysia signed in Beijing a declaration formalizing the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The Post of Malaysia wished to commemorate this 35th anniversary by issuing on 31 May 2009 a special pre-stamped cover (total print run : 100,000 copies).
Each cover, stamped with a stamp to 95 sen (postal rate for sending a standard letter to China), is sold RM 2.00.
I was fortunate enough to receive this interesting cover with a FDC cancellation from Ipoh (State of Perak). It's worth noting that this letter was not taxed while the postal rate for sending a letter to France is RM 1.50 ???

Comme cela arrive malheureusement parfois en France, une vilaine oblitération mécanique a été également apposée sur le timbre...
Ce timbre pré-imprimé est original puisqu'il est en forme d'éventail ! Il représente les tours jumelles de Kuala Lumpur et des fleurs d'hibiscus (symbolisant la Malaisie) à gauche et la tour de télévision "Perle de l'Orient" de Shanghai et des fleurs de pivoine (symbolisant la Chine) à droite.
Les drapeaux respectifs des 2 pays figurent à gauche sur l'enveloppe en dessous d'une photographie datant de 1974 montrant une rencontre entre le président chinois Mao Zedong et le premier ministre malais Tun Abdul Razak.
L'autre côté de cette enveloppe est également intéressant puisqu'il montre les armoiries des 2 pays ainsi que les 5 premiers ministres malais et les 4 présidents chinois qui se sont succéder entre 1974 et 2009. Cette enveloppe est numérotée (68418 sur 100000).
Unfortunately, as it happens sometimes in France, an ugly mechanical cancellation was also affixed on the stamp...
This pre-printed stamp is original because it is fan-shaped ! It depicts the Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur and hibiscus flowers (symbolizing Malaysia) on the left and the television "Oriental Pearl Tower" in Shanghai and peony flowers (symbolizing China) on the right.
The flags of both countries are included on the left on the envelope below a photograph dating from 1974 showing a meeting between China's President Mao Zedong and Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Abdul Razak.
The other side of this cover is also interesting because it depicts the coat of arms of the two countries and the five Malaysian Prime Ministers and the four Chinese Presidents who have succeeded between 1974 and 2009. This envelope is numbered (N° 68418).
