25 ans de relations diplomatiques avec l'Autriche - TAD spécial en Moldavie

Les relations diplomatiques entre la République de Moldavie et la République d'Autriche ont officiellement été établies le 25 mars 1992.
Une ambassade de Moldavie a été ouverte à Vienne depuis plusieurs années alors que l'ambassade d'Autriche à Chișinău a été inaugurée le 3 février 2016 (l'Agence de développement autrichienne y était installée depuis 2004).
Depuis 1992, l'Autriche a signé plusieurs accords de coopération et développement avec la Moldavie et a oeuvré pour une résolution pacifique du conflit avec la Transnistrie. De grandes entreprises autrichiennes sont installées en Moldavie, en particulier dans les domaines de la banque, des assurances ou des télécommunications.
25 ans jour pour jour après le début de ces relations diplomatiques, la poste moldave a mis en circulation un nouveau TAD spécial (le 12ème du même type cette année) consacré à cet anniversaire.
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Austria were officially established on 25 March 1992.
An Embassy of Moldova has been opened in Vienna for several years, while the Austrian Embassy in Chişinău was inaugurated on 3 February 2016 (the Austrian Development Agency was established there since 2004).
Since 1992, Austria signed several cooperation and development agreements with Moldova and has worked for a peaceful resolution of the conflict with Transnistria. Large Austrian companies are based in Moldova, particularly in the banking, insurance and telecommunications sectors.
25 years to the day after the beginning of these diplomatic relations, the Post of Moldova has put into circulation a new special postmark (the 12th of the same type this year) devoted to this anniversary.

Conçu à nouveau par Lilian Iațco, ce TAD représente 2 des plus grandes institutions culturelles des 2 pays : l'opéra d'État de Vienne (Wiener Staatsoper) et le théâtre national d'opéra et de ballet "Maria Bieșu" à Chișinău.
Merci beaucoup Nicolae pour cette enveloppe ci-dessus (conception : Lilian Iațco, tirage : 5000) incluant ce TAD de Chișinău (MD-2012), affranchie avec 2 timbres personnalisés (1,75 L - modèle du 17 novembre 2015) représentant ces 2 mêmes édifices.
A noter qu'il y a une erreur concernant le timbre avec mention "Teatrul de Operă din Viena" qui représente en fait le Burgtheater de Vienne inauguré en 1888 sur le Ring.
L'opéra d'État de Vienne (compagnie d'opéra et de ballet), construit entre 1861 et 1869, est l'un des plus prestigieux opéras du monde.
Inauguré en 1957 (reconstruit en 1980), le théâtre national d'opéra et de ballet à Chișinău est un des plus importants lieux culturels en Europe de l'Est. Il porte le nom de la célèbre chanteuse d'opéra moldave Maria Bieșu depuis 2012.
Designed again by Lilian Iaţco, this postmark is featuring two of the greatest cultural institutions of the two countries : the Vienna State Opera (Wiener Staatsoper) and the National Opera and Ballet Theater "Maria Bieşu" in Chişinău.

To note that there is an error concerning the stamp with the mention "Teatrul de Operă din Viena" which actually represents the Vienna Burgtheater inaugurated in 1888 on the Ring.

Inaugurated in 1957 (rebuilt in 1980), the National Opera and Ballet Theater in Chişinău is one of the most important cultural places in Eastern Europe. It is named after the famous Moldovan opera singer Maria Bieşu since 2012.

Nicolae a utilisé un autre timbre (7,75 L) sur l'autre côté de cette enveloppe ci-dessus (afin d'atteindre le tarif en vigueur (11 L) pour un envoi prioritaire jusqu'à 20g vers la France), faisant partie d'une série de 4 timbres (conception : Pál Varga), émise le 20 juillet 1992, représentant un même motif d'avion supersonique, avec des couleurs différentes.
Comme tous les timbres émis en Moldavie entre le 23 juin 1991 et le 2 août 1993, ces timbres étaient libellés en roubles. Le 1er février 2006, ces timbres (entre autres) ont été remis en circulation (sans surcharge) avec des valeurs libellées en Lei... 
Nicolae used another stamp (L 7.75) on the other side of this envelope above (in order to reach the current tariff (L 11) for a priority shipment up to 20g sent to France), being part of a series of four stamps (design : Pál Varga), issued on July 20, 1992, depicting the same supersonic aircraft, with different colors.
Such as all stamps issued in Moldova between June 23, 1991 and August 2, 1993, these stamps were denominated in rubles. On February 1, 2006, these stamps (among others) were put back into circulation (without any surcharge or overprinted mentions) with values denominated in Lei...
