Le 1er août 2017, la Chunghwa Post de Taïwan a mis en circulation une nouvelle série de 2 timbres, sans valeur faciale, à l'occasion de changements de tarifs domestiques.
La poste taïwanaise avait émis ce type de timbres pour la 1ère fois en 1991 (lions en émail cloisonné, collections du Musée National du Palais), ces 2 nouveaux timbres pouvant être respectivement utilisés pour un envoi domestique jusqu'à 20g concernant des lettres (8 NT$) et pour un envoi domestique jusqu'à 20g concernant des imprimés, comme des journaux, des périodiques ou des publicités (6 NT$).
On August 1, 2017, the Chunghwa Post of Taiwan issued a new series of two stamps, without nominal value, in order to cope with the needs caused by changes in domestic postage rates.
The Taiwanese Post issued these kind of stamps for the first time in 1991 (Cloisonne enamel lions, collections of the National Palace Museum), these two new stamps being able to be used respectively for a domestic ordinary letter up to 20g (NT $ 8) and for domestic printed paper up to 20g, for example newspaper, periodicals, advertising items (NT $ 6).

Ces 2 timbres (conception : Up Creative Design and Advertising Corporation), imprimés chacun en feuille de 100 timbres, représentent une colombe blanche tenant respectivement un imprimé dans son bec (sur fond jaune) et une lettre (sur fond bleu).
Symbole de paix et d'intégrité, cette colombe est sensée évoquer une image d'amitié et de confiance en ce qui concerne l'administration postale taïwanaise.

These two stamps (design: Up Creative Design and Advertising Corporation), each printed in a sheet of 100 stamps, are featuring a white dove holding respectively an item of printed matter in its beak (on a yellow background) and a letter (on a blue background).
Symbol of peace and integrity, this dove is meant to evoke an image of friendship and trustworth regarding the Taiwanese postal administration.
Afin de marquer la participation de Taïwan à l'exposition philatélique internationale Bandung 2017 en Indonésie, du 3 au 7 août 2017, l'enveloppe spéciale ci-dessus a été mise en circulation la 3 août 2017 ainsi que le cachet spécial violet incluant le logo de cette manifestation (fleur de petit flamboyant).

In order to mark Taiwan's participation in the Bandung 2017 World Stamp Exhibition in Indonesia, from 3 to 7 August 2017, the special envelope above was put into circulation on August 3, 2017 as well as the special purple commemorative cachet including the logo of this manifestation (Caesalpinia pulcherrima flower).
