La Chine est aujourd'hui le 1er investisseur étranger et le 1er partenaire économique du Kirghizstan, veillant en parallèle à la stabilité du pays partageant sa frontière avec la Région autonome ouïghoure du Xinjiang où de fortes tensions communautaires avec le gouvernement central chinois existent depuis plusieurs années...
Le 29 juin 2017, la Kyrgyz Express Post a mis en circulation un splendide bloc-feuillet de 2 timbres ayant pour thème les "liens historiques et culturels entre le Kirghizstan et la Chine" dans le cadre du 25ème anniversaire de l'établissement des relations diplomatiques entres les 2 pays.
The People's Republic of China was one of the first countries to recognize the independence of Kyrgyzstan in 1992, the two countries having a common border and a long trade tradition, especially through the ancient Silk Road.
China is today the first foreign investor and the first economic partner of Kyrgyzstan, looking in parallel after the stability of the country sharing its border with the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region where strong tensions with the Chinese central government exist for several years...
On June 29, 2017, the Kyrgyz Express Post put into circulation a splendid souvenir sheet of two stamps devoted to the theme of "Historical and cultural ties between Kyrgyzstan and China" as part of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Conçu par Lilian Iațco, ce bloc-feuillet (tirage : 6000) figure sur la lettre ci-dessus envoyée le 8 août 2017 de Bichkek, la capitale du Kirghizstan !
Le timbre à gauche (50 KGS) représente un portrait de Li Bai (701-762) ou Li Po, un des plus grands poètes chinois, né à Suyab, une ancienne ville située sur la route de la soie, actuellement sur le territoire du Kirghizstan.
La poésie de Li Bai se caractérise par sa spontanéité et porte la marque du taoïsme, mêlant rêve et réalité. La plupart de ses 1000 poèmes ont pour thème l'alcool, les femmes ou encore la nature sauvage comme son œuvre "Assis face à la montagne Chin Ting" illustrée sur l'autre timbre (100 KGS).
Ce poème est inscrit en chinois et kirghize dans la marge de ce bloc en bas à gauche : "Les oiseaux s'envolent haut et disparaissent - le nuage solitaire oisif doucement s'éloigne - assis seul et sans lassitude - face à la montagne Chin Ting".
Designed by Lilian Iaţco, this souvenir sheet (print run: 6,000) is present on the letter above sent on August 8, 2017 from Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan!
The stamp on the left (50 KGS) is featuring a portrait of Li Bai (701-762) or Li Po, one of the greatest Chinese poets, born in Suyab, an ancient city on the Silk Road, today in Kyrgyzstan.
The poetry of Li Bai is characterized by its spontaneity and bears the mark of Taoism, mixing dream and reality. Most of his 1000 poems are devoted to alcohol, women and wild nature such as his poem "The Ching Ting Mountain" illustrated on the other stamp (100 KGS).
This poem is inscribed in Chinese and Kyrgyz in the margin of this sheet at the bottom left: "The birds have vanished down the sky. Now the last cloud drains away. We sit together, the mountain and me, until only the mountain remains".
J'ai également eu la chance de recevoir le très joli FDC officiel ci-dessus (tirage : 400) concernant ce même bloc-feuillet, avec son TAD Premier Jour (conçu par Lilian Iațco) représentant la Muraille de Chine ainsi que la tour Burana (9ème siècle, vestige de l'ancienne ville de Balasagun), un des symboles du Kirghizstan.
Cette montagne Chin Ting (centre-est de la Chine, province de Anhui) est considérée en Chine comme "la montagne de la Poésie", ayant inspiré les plus grands poètes chinois.
A son sujet, Li Bai aurait dit : "seule la montagne Chin Ting peut continuer à vous attirer sans ennui".
I was also lucky enough to receive the very nice official FDC above (print run: 400) regarding this same souvenir sheet, with its First Day cancellation (designed by Lilian Iaţco) depicting the Great Wall of China and the Burana Tower (9th century, vestige of the ancient city of Balasagun), one of the symbols of Kyrgyzstan.
This Ching Ting Mountain (east-central China, Anhui province) is considered in China as "the mountain of Poetry", having inspired the greatest Chinese poets.
About this mountain, Li Bai would have said: "Only Ching Ting Mountain can keep attracting you without boredom".
La Kyrgyz Express Post a également mis en circulation les 2 jolies cartes maximum ci-dessus (tirage : 250 chacune) concernant respectivement les 2 timbres de cette série, ainsi que le TAD Premier Jour.
Ces 2 cartes (prix de vente du lot : 210 KGS), numérotées de MC-17 à MC-18, ont été également conçues à partir des illustrations de Lilian Iațco.
The Kyrgyz Express Post has also put into circulation the two great maxicards above (print run: 250 each) including the two stamps of this series, as well as the FDC postmark.
These two cards (selling price of the lot: 210 KGS), numbered from MC-17 to MC-18, were also designed from the illustrations of Lilian Iaţco.
