Le timbre à droite (0,29€) et sa vignette attenante, fait partie d'un bloc-feuillet (6 timbres + 6 vignettes, tirage : 600000) émis le 22 mars 2006, intitulé "Au bord de l'impossible" ("Al filo de lo imposible"), le nom d'une émission TV de la RTVE (débutée en 1982) consacrée à des sports d'aventure dans des sites rares de la planète, du VTT dans les Pyrénées ici.
Le timbre au centre (0,24€ - 40 pesetas) fait aussi partie d'un bloc-feuillet (12 timbres, tirage : 1200000) émis le 30 novembre 2001, consacré à différents sites espagnols inscrits sur la liste du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, l'hôpital de Sant Pau à Barcelone ici (inscrit en 1997).

The stamp on the right (€ 0.29) and its attached label, is part of a souvenir sheet (6 stamps + 6 labels, print run: 600,000) issued on March 22, 2006, entitled "On the verge of the impossible" ("Al filo de lo imposible"), the name of a TV show of the RTVE (started in 1982) devoted to adventure sports in rare places on the planet, mountain biking in the Pyrenees mountains here.
The stamp in the center (€ 0.24 - 40 pesetas) is also part of a souvenir sheet (12 stamps, print run: 1,200,000) issued on November 30, 2001, devoted to various Spanish sites inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, the Hospital de Sant Pau in Barcelona here (registered in 1997).
Cet hôpital, associé au palais de la musique catalane, conçu par l'architecte catalan Lluís Domènech i Montaner et achevé en 1930, est considéré comme un exemple exceptionnel du style Art nouveau, imaginatif et exubérant, qui fleurit dans le Barcelone du 20ème siècle.
Le timbre autocollant en bas à gauche (0,50€) fait partie d'une série de 2 timbres, émise le 1er février 2017, reproduisant des dessins (catégories général et jeunesse) issus du concours Disello organisé par la poste espagnole.
Ce timbre (1er Prix - catégorie général) est consacré à une composition de Eduardo M. Gea Martínez intitulée "Fragiles", avec cet éléphant (versant une larme) et son petit en origami contemplant un paysage de désolation...
Le dernier timbre (tarif domestique A2 - 0,60€), émis le 1er juillet 2015, est consacré au célèbre guitariste classique, concertiste et compositeur Narciso Yepes (1927-1997), l'un des seuls musiciens à utiliser une guitare à 10 cordes à partir de 1965.
Yepes devient connu en 1947 en interprétant le "Concierto de Aranjuez" du maestro Joaquín Rodrigo, sous la direction d'Ataúlfo Argenta. Il s'installe plus tard à Paris pour plusieurs années et y compose la célèbre musique du film "Jeux interdits" (1952).
This Hospital, associated with the Palau de la Música Catalana, designed by Catalan architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner and completed in 1930, is considered as an outstanding example of the imaginative and exuberant Art Nouveau style that flowered in early 20th century Barcelona.
The self-adhesive stamp at the bottom left (€ 0.50) is part of a series of two stamps, issued on February 1, 2017, reproducing drawings (general and youth categories) from the Disello contest organized by the Spanish Post.
That stamp (1st Prize - general category) is devoted to a composition of Eduardo M. Gea Martínez entitled "Fragiles", showing two paper elephants, a mother (with a tear running on its face) and her baby, contemplating a desolate landscape...
The last stamp (domestic rate A2 - € 0.60), issued on July 1, 2015, is devoted to the famous classical guitarist, concertist and composer Narciso Yepes (1927-1997), one of the only musicians to use a guitar with ten strings from 1965.
Yepes became known in 1947 performing the "Aranjuez Concert", from maestro Joaquín Rodrigo, conducted by Ataúlfo Argenta. He later settled in Paris for several years and composed the famous music of the French film "Jeux interdits" (1952).
