Timbre "30 ans de relations diplomatiques avec la Chine" sur FDC du Kirghizstan (KEP)
Le 30 janvier 2023, la Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP),
le 2ème opérateur postal désigné (l'autre étant la poste kirghize) du
Kirghizstan, a mis en circulation une série de 4 timbres (avec millésime 2022) consacrés au 30ème anniversaire de l'établissement de relations diplomatiques avec l'Inde, la France, le Royaume-Uni et la Chine.
Les 4 timbres représentent des portraits de personnalités politiques emblématiques des pays respectifs qui ont apporté une grande contribution au développement de la politique et de la culture mondiales.
Le timbre consacré aux relations avec la Chine (150 KGS, tirage : 10000) figure sur le FDC officiel
ci-dessous (tirage : 600) avec TAD de Bichkek.
Il y a 30 ans, le 5 janvier 1992, lors de la visite d'une délégation du
gouvernement chinois à Bichkek, un communiqué conjoint était signé sur
l'établissement des relations diplomatiques entre la République kirghize
et la République populaire de Chine.
On January 30, 2023, the Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP), the 2nd designated postal operator (the other being the Kyrgyz Post) of Kyrgyzstan, put into circulation a series of 4 stamps (with year 2022) dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations with India, France, the United Kingdom and China.
The 4 stamps feature portraits of iconic political figures from the respective countries who have made great contributions to the development of world politics and culture.
The stamp devoted to relations with China (150 KGS, print run: 10,000) is present on the official FDC below (print run: 600) with postmark from Bishkek.
30 years ago, on January 5, 1992, during the visit of a Chinese government delegation to Bishkek, a Joint Communiqué was signed on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the People's Republic of China.
Pour le Kirghizistan, la Chine (qui partage une partie de sa frontière) est le partenaire le plus important dans les domaines politique, commercial, économique, financier et culturel. En 2022, le Kirghizistan et la Chine célébraient aussi le 20ème anniversaire du Traité de bon voisinage, d'amitié et de coopération.
Grâce au niveau élevé des relations bilatérales entre les 2 pays, des projets conjoints dans les domaines de l'énergie, des infrastructures de transport et d'autres ont été mis en œuvre avec succès.
Ce timbre comporte les drapeaux des 2 pays ainsi qu'un portrait de Mao Zedong (1893-1976), révolutionnaire et homme politique chinois, fondateur et premier dirigeant de la République populaire de Chine.
For Kyrgyzstan, China (which shares part of its border) is the most important partner in the political, commercial, economic, financial and cultural fields. In 2022, Kyrgyzstan and China also celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Treaty of Good Neighbourliness, Friendship and Cooperation.
Thanks to the high level of bilateral relations between the 2 countries, joint projects in the fields of energy, transport infrastructure and others have been successfully implemented.
This stamp features the flags of the two countries as well as a portrait of Mao Zedong (1893-1976), Chinese revolutionary and politician, founder and first leader of the People's Republic of China.
Ce timbre, conçu par Daria Maier et
imprimé en Moldavie par Nova Imprim, a été mis en circulation dans le feuillet ci-dessus
composé de 5 timbres + 1 vignette.
La vignette est consacrée à Chinghiz Aitmatov (1928-2008), l'une des grandes figures de la culture et la littérature kirghize du 20ème siècle. Il était un écrivain, un personnage public et un
diplomate remarquable, ayant écrit en kirghize et en russe de nombreux
ouvrages (traduits dans plus de 150 langues pour certains) traitant de
sujets universels, philosophiques et moraux.
Il a en particulier dénoncé
les crimes commis lors du stalinisme et lutté contre toutes les formes
de totalitarisme.
This stamp, designed by Daria Maier and printed in Moldova by Nova Imprim, was put into circulation in the sheetlet above, consisting of 5 stamps + 1 label.
The label is dedicated to Chinghiz Aitmatov (1928-2008), one of the great figures of Kyrgyz culture and literature of the 20th century. He was an outstanding
writer, public figure and diplomat, having written in Kyrgyz and
Russian languages many books (translated into more than 150 languages
for some) dealing with universal, philosophical and moral issues. In
particular, he denounced the crimes committed during Stalinism and
fought against all forms of totalitarianism.
