Timbre "30 ans de relations diplomatiques avec l'Inde" sur FDC du Kirghizstan (KEP)
Le 30 janvier 2023, la Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP),
le 2ème opérateur postal désigné (l'autre étant la poste kirghize) du
Kirghizstan, a mis en circulation une série de 4 timbres (avec millésime
2022) consacrés au 30ème anniversaire de l'établissement de relations
diplomatiques avec l'Inde, la France, le Royaume-Uni et la Chine.
Les
4 timbres représentent des portraits de personnalités politiques
emblématiques des pays respectifs qui ont apporté une grande
contribution au développement de la politique et de la culture
mondiales.
Le timbre consacré aux relations avec l'Inde (150 KGS, tirage : 10000) figure sur le FDC officiel
ci-dessous (tirage : 600) avec TAD de Bichkek.
Historiquement, l'Inde avait des contacts étroits avec les pays d'Asie
centrale, qui faisaient partie de la Grande Route de la Soie. Après
l'indépendance du Kirghizstan, les relations entre les deux pays ont
atteint un niveau qualitatif nouveau.
On January 30, 2023, the Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP),
the 2nd designated postal operator (the other being the Kyrgyz Post) of
Kyrgyzstan, put into circulation a series of 4 stamps (with year 2022)
dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic
relations with India, France, the United Kingdom and China.
The 4
stamps feature portraits of iconic political figures from the respective
countries who have made great contributions to the development of world
politics and culture.
The stamp devoted to relations with India (150
KGS, print run: 10,000) is present on the official FDC below (print
run: 600) with postmark from Bishkek.
Historically, India had close contacts with the countries of Central Asia, which were part of the Great Silk Road. After Kyrgyzstan gained state independence, relations between the two countries reached a qualitatively new level.
La République de l'Inde a été l'un des premiers pays à établir des relations diplomatiques bilatérales avec la République kirghize (le 18 mars 1992). En juin 2019, une déclaration conjointe a été signée sur l'établissement de relations de partenariat stratégique entre les deux pays.
A noter que le même jour, la poste kirghize a émis un timbre (différent) sur ce même thème des relations avec l'Inde.
Ce timbre comporte les drapeaux des 2 pays ainsi qu'un portrait du Mahatma Gandhi (1869-1948), surnommé le
"Père de la Nation" en Inde, qui fut un des pionniers du mouvement
d'indépendance du pays,
prônant
la désobéissance, la non-violence et le concept du "swaraj"
(autodétermination).
Il est assassiné en 1948 par un fanatique hindou. Gandhi a inspiré de
nombreux mouvements de libération et de défense des droits civiques dans
le monde.
The Republic of India was one of the first countries to establish bilateral diplomatic relations with the Kyrgyz Republic (on March 18, 1992). In June 2019, a joint statement was signed on establishing strategic partnership relations between the two countries.
It should be noted that on the same day, the Kyrgyz Post issued a (different) stamp on the same theme of relations with India.
This stamp features the flags of the two countries as well as a portrait of Mahatma Gandhi (1869-1948), nicknamed
the "Father of the Nation" in
India, who was one of the pioneers of the country's independence movement,
advocating disobedience, non-violence and the concept of "swaraj"
(self-determination).
He was assassinated in 1948 by a Hindu
fanatic. Gandhi was the inspiration for many freedom and civil rights
movements around the world.
Ce timbre, conçu par Daria Maier et
imprimé en Moldavie par Nova Imprim, a été mis en circulation dans le feuillet ci-dessus
composé de 5 timbres + 1 vignette.
La vignette est consacrée à Chinghiz Aitmatov (1928-2008),
l'une des grandes figures de la culture et la littérature kirghize du
20ème siècle. Il était un écrivain, un personnage public et un
diplomate remarquable, ayant écrit en kirghize et en russe de nombreux
ouvrages (traduits dans plus de 150 langues pour certains) traitant de
sujets universels, philosophiques et moraux.
Il a en particulier dénoncé
les crimes commis lors du stalinisme et lutté contre toutes les formes
de totalitarisme.
This stamp,
designed by Daria Maier and printed in Moldova by Nova Imprim, was put
into circulation in the sheetlet above, consisting of 5 stamps + 1
label.
The label is dedicated to Chinghiz Aitmatov (1928-2008), one of the great figures of Kyrgyz culture and literature of the 20th century. He was an outstanding
writer, public figure and diplomat, having written in Kyrgyz and
Russian languages many books (translated into more than 150 languages
for some) dealing with universal, philosophical and moral issues. In
particular, he denounced the crimes committed during Stalinism and
fought against all forms of totalitarianism.
