Timbre "30 ans de relations diplomatiques avec le Royaume-Uni" sur FDC du Kirghizstan (KEP)
Le 30 janvier 2023, la Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP),
le 2ème opérateur postal désigné (l'autre étant la poste kirghize) du
Kirghizstan, a mis en circulation une série de 4 timbres (avec millésime
2022) consacrés au 30ème anniversaire de l'établissement de relations
diplomatiques avec l'Inde, la France, le Royaume-Uni et la Chine.
Les
4 timbres représentent des portraits de personnalités politiques
emblématiques des pays respectifs qui ont apporté une grande
contribution au développement de la politique et de la culture
mondiales.
Le timbre consacré aux relations avec le Royaume-Uni (150 KGS, tirage : 10000) figure sur le FDC officiel
ci-dessous (tirage : 600) avec TAD de Bichkek.
Les relations diplomatiques entre la République kirghize et le Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d'Irlande du Nord ont été établies le 12 juin 1992.
On January 30, 2023, the Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP),
the 2nd designated postal operator (the other being the Kyrgyz Post) of
Kyrgyzstan, put into circulation a series of 4 stamps (with year 2022)
dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic
relations with India, France, the United Kingdom and China.
The 4
stamps feature portraits of iconic political figures from the respective
countries who have made great contributions to the development of world
politics and culture.
The stamp devoted to relations with the United Kingdom (150
KGS, print run: 10,000) is present on the official FDC below (print
run: 600) with postmark from Bishkek.
Diplomatic relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland were established on June 12, 1992.
La coopération kirghize-britannique a un potentiel important dans le domaine politique, notamment en termes de développement de la coopération interparlementaire. Il existe également un fort potentiel économique de coopération dans les domaines de l'éducation, des affaires et de la finance, de l'investissement, des infrastructures, du tourisme, des médias et de l'informatique.
Le Royaume-Uni a accordé au Kirghizistan des conditions préférentielles pour l'exportation de marchandises. À partir de 2023, le Kirghizistan peut exporter plus de 8000 marchandises vers le Royaume-Uni sans droits de douane ou à des tarifs réduits.
Ce timbre comporte les drapeaux des 2 pays ainsi qu'un portrait de la reine Élisabeth II (1926-2022), chef d'état du Royaume-Uni et des autres royaumes du Commonwealth pendant plus de 70 ans, un record.
Kyrgyz-UK cooperation has significant potential in the political sphere, especially in terms of developing inter-parliamentary cooperation. There is also a high economic potential for cooperation in education, business and finance, investment, infrastructure, tourism, media and IT.
The UK provided Kyrgyzstan with preferential conditions for export of goods. Starting in 2023, Kyrgyzstan can export more than 8,000 goods to the UK without customs duties or at reduced tariffs.
This stamp features the flags of the two countries as well as a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II (1926-2022), head of state of the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth realms for more than 70 years, a record.
Ce timbre, conçu par Daria Maier et
imprimé en Moldavie par Nova Imprim, a été mis en circulation dans le feuillet ci-dessus
composé de 5 timbres + 1 vignette.
La vignette est consacrée à Chinghiz Aitmatov (1928-2008),
l'une des grandes figures de la culture et la littérature kirghize du
20ème siècle. Il était un écrivain, un personnage public et un
diplomate remarquable, ayant écrit en kirghize et en russe de nombreux
ouvrages (traduits dans plus de 150 langues pour certains) traitant de
sujets universels, philosophiques et moraux.
Il a en particulier dénoncé
les crimes commis lors du stalinisme et lutté contre toutes les formes
de totalitarisme.
This stamp,
designed by Daria Maier and printed in Moldova by Nova Imprim, was put
into circulation in the sheetlet above, consisting of 5 stamps + 1
label.
The label is dedicated to Chinghiz Aitmatov (1928-2008), one of the great figures of Kyrgyz culture and literature of the 20th century. He was an outstanding
writer, public figure and diplomat, having written in Kyrgyz and
Russian languages many books (translated into more than 150 languages
for some) dealing with universal, philosophical and moral issues.
In
particular, he denounced the crimes committed during Stalinism and
fought against all forms of totalitarianism.
