Série "20 ans de la rétrocession de Hong Kong" sur lettre de Chine

Une déclaration sino-britannique a été conjointement signée le 19 décembre 1984, fixant la rétrocession du territoire de Hong Kong à la Chine au 1er juillet 1997, après 155 ans de présence britannique.
Le gouvernement chinois décide alors de transformer Hong Kong en Région Administrative Spéciale (RAS) de la République populaire de Chine, acceptant ainsi de respecter le système économique et les libertés individuelles qui étaient en vigueur dans la colonie britannique, et ce au moins jusqu'en 2047.
Le retour de ce territoire est fondé sur le principe politique formulé par Deng Xiaoping, appelé "un pays, deux systèmes", qui permet à Hong Kong de conserver son système légal, sa monnaie, son système politique, ses équipes sportives internationales ou ses lois sur l'immigration. Les relations extérieures et la défense restant du ressort du gouvernement central à Pékin.
Le 1er juillet 2017, la poste chinoise a commémoré le 20ème anniversaire de cette rétrocession de Hong Kong en émettant une série de 3 timbres + 1 bloc-feuillet.
A Sino-British declaration was jointly signed on December 19, 1984, setting the return of Hong Kong to China for July 1, 1997, after 155 years of British presence.
The Chinese government then decided to transform Hong Kong into a Special Administrative Region (SAR) of the People's Republic of China, agreeing to respect the economic system and individual freedoms in effect in the British colony until at least 2047.
The return of this territory is based on the political principle formulated by Deng Xiaoping, called "one country, two systems," which allows Hong Kong to keep its legal system, currency, political system, international sports teams, and immigration laws. Foreign relations and defense remain the responsibility of the central government in Beijing.
On July 1, 2017, China Post commemorated the 20th anniversary of the return of Hong Kong by issuing a set of 3 stamps + 1 souvenir sheet. 

Cette série (2 x 1,20 yuan, 1 x 1,50 yuan, conception : Han Binhua) a été utilisée à droite sur la lettre ci-dessus envoyée le 21 janvier 2025 depuis Beijing. Merci beaucoup Ruinan !
Le timbre central, incluant les drapeaux de la Chine et de Hong Kong, consacré à la danse traditionnelle du dragon, constitue le timbre commun émis par les 2 administrations postales (valeur 1,70$ pour Hong Kong), Hong Kong ayant également émis une série de 4 timbres différents.
Le timbre à gauche "new look" illustre des nouveaux édifices comme le siège du gouvernement de Hong Kong (en forme d'arche), le 3ème timbre "new dream" représentant en particulier l'aéroport, le pont Tsing Ma ou le gratte-ciel du International Commerce Center.
Ruinan a utilisé un 4ème timbre à gauche (1,20 yuan, conception : Hu Zhongqing), émis le 16 août 2014, consacré à la 2ème édition des jeux olympiques d'été de la jeunesse (JOJ), organisée du 16 au 28 août 2014 dans la ville chinoise de Nanjing. 
Une partie de l'ancien mur d'enceinte ainsi qu'une ligne d'horizon montrant le côté moderne de cette ville de 8 millions d'habitants figurent dans la partie de supérieure de ce timbre, avec 7 athlètes colorés (symbolisant chacun un sport différent) au 1er plan.

The central stamp, featuring the flags of China and Hong Kong, and featuring the traditional dragon dance, is the joint stamp issued by the two postal administrations (value $1.70 for Hong Kong), as Hong Kong also issued a set of four different stamps.
The "new look" stamp on the left depicts new buildings such as the (arch-shaped) Hong Kong government headquarters, while the third "new dream" stamp depicts the airport, Tsing Ma Bridge, and the International Commerce Centre.
Ruinan used a fourth stamp on the left (1.20 yuan, design: Hu Zhongqing), issued on August 16, 2014, dedicated to the 2nd Summer Youth Olympic Games (YOG), held from August 16 to 28, 2014, in the Chinese city of Nanjing.
