Nouveaux timbres EUROPA 2010

New EUROPA 2010 stamps

Avant "Les forêts" en 2011, le thème EUROPA retenu par PostEurop pour l'année 2010 était "Les livres pour enfants".
Petite nouveauté en 2011 : le logo EUROPA va légèrement changer (ajout d'un élément noir et blanc devant la mention EUROPA qui garde toutefois la même police), j'en reparlerai prochainement sur mon blog...
En attendant, je suis heureux de partager avec vous ces 3 nouvelles lettres en provenance d'Espagne, de Pologne et de Russie chacune affranchies avec les émissions EUROPA de 2010 !
Before "Forests" in 2011, the EUROPA theme chosen by PostEurop for 2010 was "Children's books".
Something new in 2011 : the EUROPA logo will slightly change (with a new black and white included element, the word EUROPA still keeping the same font), I'll speak about very soon on my blog...
Till then, I'm happy to share with you these three new letters coming from Spain, Poland and Russia each franked with EUROPA 2010 stamps !

La poste espagnole, comme de coutume, a émis un seul timbre (le 6 mai 2010) dans le cadre de cette série EUROPA, avec une valeur faciale de 0,64€ correspondant au tarif prioritaire vers l'Europe (logique !).
Ce timbre ci-dessus (conçu par le peintre J. Carrero), représentant un enfant (riant) lisant un livre, veut rappeler que ces livres pour enfants visent à stimuler leur imagination, à élargir leur vocabulaire et à les aider à reconnaître les images et les associer aux formes verbales...
A noter également le tampon apposé sur cette lettre à gauche évoquant la participation de la poste espagnole (Correos) au dernier Salon Philatélique d'Automne à Paris.
The Spanish Post, as usual, has issued a single stamp (on May 6, 2010) as part of this EUROPA series with a nominal value of € 0.64, the priority postal rate to Europe (rather logical !).
This stamp above (designed by the painter J. Carrero), depicting a (smiling) child reading a book, reminds us that these children's books allow to stimulate their imagination, to broaden their vocabulary, to recognise images and associate them to word forms...
To note also the postmark on this letter (on the left) referring to the participation of the Spanish Post (Correos) at the last "Salon Philatélique d'Automne" in Paris.

J'aime bien le graphisme du timbre EUROPA émis le 5 mai 2010 par la poste polonaise. Ce timbre, conçu par Maciej Jędrysik, figure sur la lettre ci-dessus postée le 15 novembre 2010 de Tarnobrzeg. Merci beaucoup Kazimierz :-)
Ce timbre évoque un enfant plongé dans un livre (sans doute un conte de fées) qui, tout en lisant, s'imagine dans la peau d'un personnage (un roi) faisant partie de l'histoire !
I really like the design of the EUROPA stamp issued on May 5, 2010 by the Polish Post. This stamp, designed by Maciej Jędrysik, is included on the cover above mailed on November 15, 2010 in Tarnobrzeg. Thank you very much Kazimierz :-)
This stamp evokes a child reading a book (probably a fairy tale) who, while reading, imagines himself in the shoes of a hero (a king) part of the story !

Ce même timbre polonais figure sur le FDC officiel ci-dessus, posté le 29 novembre 2010 de Varsovie. J'aime bien l'oblitération "1er jour" du 5 mai 2010, proche de celle mise en circulation par la poste française pour son timbre EUROPA émis cette année.
This same Polish stamp appears on the official FDC above, posted on November 29, 2010 in Warsaw. I really like the FDC cancellation of May 5, 2010, close to the postmark issued by the French Post als for its EUROPA stamp this year.

J'ai déjà évoqué, dans un message précédent, le timbre EUROPA (ci-dessus à gauche) émis par la poste russe le 5 mai 2010.
Un autre timbre figure sur cette lettre postée le 5 octobre 2010 de la ville de Kaltaevo située dans la république russe de Bachkirie (ou Bachkortostan).

Ce timbre fait partie de la série de 2 timbres, émis le 14 juillet 2010, consacrée à des régions de la fédération de Russie, l'oblast de Bryansk ici.
Cet oblast est situé à l'ouest de la Russie avec des frontières communes avec le Belarus et l'Ukraine, faisant de cette région un noeud de communications important, ce que le train représenté sur ce timbre nous rappelle. Cette région de Bryansk est aussi caractérisée par d'immenses forêts où les partisans, luttant contre l'occupant Nazi, se réfugiaient pendant la 2nde guerre mondiale...
A noter que les premiers timbres de cette série "Régions de Russie" ont été émis en 1997.

Another stamp is included on this letter mailed on October 5, 2010 from the city of Kaltaevo located in the Russian Republic of Bashkortostan.

This stamp is part of a series of two stamps issued on July 14, 2010, devoted to Regions of the Russian Federation, Bryansk Oblast here.
This oblast is located in western Russia with common borders with Belarus and Ukraine, making this region an important communications hub, what the train featured on the stamp reminds us. This Bryansk region is also characterized by immense forests where Partisans fighting against the occupying Nazi German troops, took refuge during the 2nd World War...
To note that the first stamps part of this "Regions of Russia" series were issued in 1997.
