La poste chinoise a, comme de coutume, célébré le prochain Nouvel An lunaire chinois avec un timbre émis le 5 Janvier 2014, inspiré d'une poterie tricolore représentant un cheval.
A partir du 31 janvier 2014, la nouvelle année du cheval (Jia Wu), associé à l'élément "bois" va en effet débuter, jusqu'au 18 février 2015.
C'est ce timbre (1,20 yuan, conception : Chen Shaohua) en 2 exemplaires qui a été utilisé sur ce pli Premier Jour ci-dessous posté de Shanghai. Merci beaucoup Jia Yi :-)
China Post has, as usual, celebrated the upcoming Chinese Lunar New Year with a stamp issued on January 5, 2014, based on a tri-colored glazed pottery of a horse.
From January 31, 2014, the new Year of the Horse (Jia Wu Year), associated with the "wood" element, will indeed begin until February 18, 2015.

Pour rappel, le zodiaque chinois est composé de 12 signes d'animaux, le cheval étant le septième.
Dans la culture chinoise, le cheval est un symbole de noblesse, de classe, de vitesse et de persévérance et les personnes nées sous ce signe sont intelligents et doués pour communiquer...
Jia Yi a également utilisé 2 autres timbres dont j'ai déjà parlé sur ce blog : timbre "protection de l'air" (0,60 yuan) faisant partie de la série courante intitulée "Protection de la patrie commune de l'humanité" émise le 2 février 2002 et timbre (3 yuans) émis plusieurs années de suite depuis 2008 pour les souhaits de bonne année.
