La Coopérative EMS (Express Mail Service), un organe de l'Union postale universelle (UPU) créé en 1999 à Beijing, regroupe aujourd'hui plus de 180 opérateurs postaux dans le monde, qui ont accepté de travailler ensemble pour fournir le produit postal transfrontalier EMS le plus rapide.
La Coopérative EMS a pour objectif de promouvoir la coopération entre les pays membres afin qu'ils puissent fournir à leurs clients un service EMS de haute qualité et compétitif dans le monde entier à un prix abordable...
Le 10 septembre 2019, plusieurs administrations postales ont mis en circulation un timbre commun (conçu par l'UPU) consacré au 20ème anniversaire (jour pour jour) de la création de cette Coopérative EMS.

On September 10, 2019, several postal administrations issued a joint stamp (designed by the UPU) devoted to the 20th anniversary (to the day) of the creation of this EMS Cooperative.
Sauf erreur de ma part, les 20 pays concernés par cette émission commune : Chili, Côte d’Ivoire, Chypre, Jordanie, Liban, Libye, Maldives, Malte, Mexique, Mongolie, Paraguay, Philippines, Arabie Saoudite, Sri Lanka, Syrie, Trinité et Tobago, Tunisie, Turquie, Émirats Arabes Unis, Wallis et Futuna.
Ce timbre commun représente une carte du monde avec le logo EMS dans la partie supérieure et la mention "Priorité à l'excellence 1999-2019 - Coopérative EMS de l'UPU" dans la langue du pays, précédée par le drapeau de l'UPU et celui du pays émetteur.
Un splendide exemple ci-dessus à travers ce FDC officiel (avec TAD du Musée postal de Malte) émis par la poste maltaise, avec ce timbre (2€, tirage : 25000) imprimé en feuillet de 10 timbres. Merci beaucoup Silvan !
A Malte, ce service EMS est assuré par "EMS International Courier", une filiale de la poste maltaise ("MaltaPost p.l.c.").

This joint stamp features a world map with the EMS logo at the top and the mention "Delivering Excellence 1999-2019 - UPU EMS Cooperative" in the language of the country, preceded by the UPU flag and the flag of the issuing country.
A splendid example above through this official FDC (with cancellations from the Malta Postal Museum) issued by the Maltese Post, with this stamp (€ 2.00, print run: 25,000) printed in sheet of 10 stamps. Thank you very much Silvan!
In Malta, this EMS service is provided by "EMS International Courier", a subsidiary of the Maltese Post ("MaltaPost p.l.c.").
