Je ne connais pas la date d'émission ni le prix de vente de cette enveloppe, incluant au verso la mention de l'Agrément N° 809 - Lot G4S/17F076 ?
Le timbre pré-imprimé reprend le visuel du timbre de la série courante "Blason", émis le 18 octobre 2010. A noter la mention "Lettre Prioritaire" à gauche de ce timbre, en français uniquement...

The pre-printed stamp is the same as the stamp of the definitive "Coat of Arms" series, issued on October 18, 2010. To note the "Priority Letter" mention to the left near the stamp, in French only ...

Le timbre à gauche (1,05€, tirage : 70000), émis le 6 juillet 2019, est consacré au peintre et sculpteur espagnol Eduard Arranz Bravo (né à Barcelone en 1941), considéré comme un des grands représentants du néofigurativisme.
D'après le communiqué de la poste française, "son œuvre figurative et néo figurative essaie de représenter l'homme des temps modernes avec ses problèmes, ses peurs, sa solitude, ses inquiétudes, ses angoisses et ses refoulements".
Du 28 mars au 28 mai 2017, une vingtaine d'œuvres d'Eduard Arranz Bravo étaient proposées au public lors d'une exposition "New Man" organisée à ARTALROC, la salle d’expositions du gouvernement andorran à Escaldes-Engordany.
Lors de l'inauguration de cette exposition, il a réalisé une performance en live et peint une œuvre grand format composée du mot "Andorra", accompagné de ses 2 initiales A et B, reproduite sur ce timbre.
A noter qu'Eduard Arranz Bravo avait déjà conçu des timbres pour la poste espagnole à l'occasion des jeux olympiques de Barcelone en 1992.
The stamp on the left (€ 1.05, print run: 70,000), issued on July 6, 2019, is dedicated to the Spanish painter and sculptor Eduard Arranz Bravo (born in Barcelona in 1941), considered as one of the great representatives of neofigurativism.
According to the French Post statement, "his figurative and neo-figurative work tries to represent the man of modern times with his problems, his fears, his loneliness, his worries, his anxieties and his repressions".
From March 28 to May 28, 2017, about twenty works by Eduard Arranz Bravo were proposed to the public during a "New Man" exhibition organized at ARTALROC, the exhibition hall of the Andorran Government in Escaldes-Engordany.
During the inauguration of this exhibition, he did a live performance and painted a large format work composed of the word "Andorra", accompanied by his two initials A and B, reproduced on this stamp.
It should be noted that Eduard Arranz Bravo had already designed stamps for the Spanish Post on the occasion of the Olympic Games in Barcelona in 1992.
