Timbre "Paix - 80ème anniversaire des Nations Unies" sur lettre de Slovénie
De nombreuses administrations postales vont émettre des timbres en 2025 consacrés au 80ème anniversaire de la création des Nations Unies, reproduisant le logo officiel de cet anniversaire et parfois son slogan associé, "Construisons notre avenir ensemble".
Le 9 mai 2025, la poste slovène a mis en circulation une intéressante série (5 timbres) intitulée "Paix" dont un (1,79€) reproduisant ce logo des 80 ans des Nations Unies.
Ce timbre et les 4 autres (tirage : 25000 chacun, conception : Marko Prah) ont été utilisés sur la lettre ci-dessous envoyée le 25 août 2025 depuis la ville de Kranj. Merci beaucoup Petra !
Depuis 80 ans, en promouvant la paix, les droits humains et le progrès social, y compris l'accès aux soins de santé et à l'éducation, les Nations Unies ont amélioré la vie des populations du monde entier, créant ainsi de meilleures conditions de vie pour tous.
Les 4 autres timbre de cette série illustrent différents évènements ayant permis a la Slovénie de vivre en paix après la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, en particulier des partisans saluant la foule à bord d'un camion dans les rues de Ljubljana le 9 mai 1945 (0,92€).
Many postal administrations will issue stamps in 2025 dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations, reproducing the official logo of this anniversary and sometimes its associated slogan, "Building our future together".
On May 9, 2025, the Slovenian Post released an interesting set (5 stamps) entitled "Peace", including one (€1.79) reproducing this logo of the 80th anniversary of the United Nations.
This stamp and the other four (print run: 25,000 each, design: Marko Prah) have been used on the cover below sent on August 25, 2025, from the town of Kranj. Thank you very much, Petra!

The other 4 stamps in this series illustrate various events that allowed Slovenia to live in peace after the end of the Second World War, in particular partisans greeting the crowd on board a truck in the streets of Ljubljana on May 9, 1945 (€0.92).
Une session du premier gouvernement slovène à Ajdovščina, le 5 mai 1945, est illustrée sur le timbre suivant (1,07€). Le mouvement de résistance slovène a constamment cherché à se transformer en une organisation étatique capable de gouverner la Slovénie au sein d'une Yougoslavie à structure fédérale, sur la base de l'autodétermination nationale.
Les 20 et 21 janvier 1945, en plein cœur des derniers combats de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, la seule compétition de sports d'hiver connue en temps de guerre se déroula à Cerkno, dans une région tenue par les partisans. Les compétitions sportives ne disparurent jamais complètement pendant la guerre et nombre d'entre elles furent également organisées au sein d'unités militaires. Le timbre (1,20€) illustre une compétition de saut à ski à Cerkno, le 7 novembre 1944.
Le 4ème timbre (1,50€) reproduite la une du journal "Partizanski dnevnik" du 24 décembre 1944. "Partizanski dnevnik" était le seul quotidien du mouvement de libération nationale slovène, il parut pour la première fois en novembre 1943. Comme toutes les publications clandestines des partisans, le journal était distribué quotidiennement par coursiers dans les régions de Primorska et de Gorenjska.
Le 13 mai 1945, le journal fut rebaptisé "Primorski dnevnik" et est toujours publié aujourd'hui comme principal journal de la minorité slovène en Italie.
A session of the first Slovenian government in Ajdovščina on May 5, 1945, is depicted on the following stamp (€1.07). The Slovenian resistance movement consistently sought to transform itself into a state organization capable of governing Slovenia within a federal Yugoslavia, based on national self-determination.
On January 20 and 21, 1945, in the midst of the final battles of World War II, the only known wartime winter sports competition took place in Cerkno, in a partisan-held region. Sports competitions never completely disappeared during the war, and many were also organized within military units. The stamp (€1.20) features a ski jumping competition in Cerkno on November 7, 1944.
The fourth stamp (€1.50) depicts the front page of the newspaper "Partizanski dnevnik" from December 24, 1944. "Partizanski dnevnik" was the only daily newspaper of the Slovenian national liberation movement; it first appeared in November 1943. Like all clandestine partisan publications, the newspaper was distributed daily by courier in the Primorska and Gorenjska regions.
On May 13, 1945, the newspaper was renamed "Primorski dnevnik" and is still published today as the main newspaper of the Slovene minority in Italy.
