Timbre commun "35 ans de l'AICEP" sur lettre du Portugal 

Créée en 1990, l'AICEP ("Associação Internacional das Comunicações de Expressão Portuguesa") est une association scientifique et technique internationale, non gouvernementale et à but non lucratif, qui vise à promouvoir le rapprochement entre ses membres afin de contribuer à l'harmonisation, au développement et à la modernisation des communications dans les pays et territoires lusophones.
Elle a mis en œuvre l'initiative visionnaire d'intégrer en son sein les acteurs des communications, tant les opérateurs postaux que les opérateurs de télécommunications.
L'AICEP, dont le siège est à Lisbonne et comprenant 9 pays et territoires (Portugal, Brésil, Cap-Vert, Guinée Bissau, São Tomé-et-Principe, Angola, Mozambique, Timor oriental + Macao), célèbre cette année le 35ème anniversaire de sa création. 
Founded in 1990, the AICEP (Associação Internacional das Comunicações de Expressão Portuguesa) is an international, non-governmental, and non-profit scientific and technical association that aims to promote closer ties among its members in order to contribute to the harmonization, development, and modernization of communications in Portuguese-speaking countries and territories.
It has implemented the visionary initiative of integrating communications stakeholders, both postal and telecommunications operators, into its membership.
The AICEP, headquartered in Lisbon and comprising nine countries and territories (Portugal, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, São Tomé and Príncipe, Angola, Mozambique, Timor-Leste, and Macau), celebrates its 35th anniversary this year.  

Le 13 mai 2025, à l'occasion de la séance d'ouverture officielle du 32ème Forum AICEP des communications lusophones à Salvador de Baía, au Brésil, les administrations postales du Portugal, du Brésil, du Cap-Vert, de l'Angola et de Macao ont mis en circulation un timbre commun consacré au 35ème anniversaire de l'AICEP.
La version portugaise de ce timbre commun (1,33€, tirage : 50000, imprimé en Belgique par Bpost) intitulé "35 ans de rapprochement", conçu à partir d'une illustration de João Machado, a été utilisé sur la lettre ci-dessus envoyée le 9 juin 2025 depuis Lisbonne (quartier du Chiado). Merci beaucoup Ricardo !
Ce timbre coloré symbolise les liens entre les pays membres de l'AICEP à travers des pictogrammes évoquant le monde des communications (emails, wifi, smartphones...). 
On May 13, 2025, during the official opening session of the 32nd AICEP Forum of Portuguese-Speaking Communications in Salvador de Baía, Brazil, the postal administrations of Portugal, Brazil, Cape Verde, Angola and Macau issued a joint stamp dedicated to the 35th anniversary of AICEP.
The Portuguese version of this joint stamp (€1.33, print run: 50,000, printed in Belgium by Bpost) entitled "35 Years of Coming Together", based on an illustration by João Machado, was used on the cover above sent on June 9, 2025, from Lisbon (Chiado neighborhood). Thank you very much, Ricardo!
This colorful stamp symbolizes the links between AICEP member countries through pictograms evoking the world of communications (email, Wi-Fi, smartphones, etc.).
