Euromed Postal 2023 (Mediterranean Festivals) stamp on FDC from Morocco

Timbre Euromed Postal 2023 (Festivals de la Méditerranée) sur FDC du Maroc

La poste marocaine Barid Al-Maghrib participe depuis 2014 à ces émissions de timbres Euromed Postal et a mis en circulation, le 10 juillet 2023, un nouveau timbre Euromed Postal incluant le logo Euromed Postal (un faucon stylisé), consacré au thème des festivals de la Méditerranée cette année.
J'ai eu la chance de recevoir le joli FDC officiel numéroté ci-dessous concernant ce timbre (tarif "I20g" pour un envoi en Europe - 9,80 dirhams), envoyé le 18 septembre 2023 depuis Meknès. Merci beaucoup Pierre !
Depuis 2014, certains pays membres (23 au total actuellement) de l'Union Postale pour la Méditerranée (PUMed), une union restreinte de l'UPU, émettent en effet chaque année des timbres ayant un thème commun lié à la région méditerranéenne.
Cette Union Postale pour la Méditerranée, créée en 2011, comprend actuellement les opérateurs postaux de 21 pays du bassin méditerranéen (Albanie, Algérie, Bosnie-Herzégovine, Croatie, Chypre, Égypte, Espagne, France, Grèce, Italie, Jordanie, Liban, Libye, Malte, Maroc, Monaco, Monténégro, Slovénie, Syrie, Tunisie, Turquie) ainsi que le Portugal et la Mauritanie. 
The Moroccan Post Barid Al-Maghrib has been participating in these Euromed Postal stamp issues since 2014 and put into circulation, on July 10, 2023, a new Euromed Postal stamp including the Euromed Postal logo (a stylized falcon), dedicated to the theme of Mediterranean Festivals this year.
I was lucky enough to receive the pretty official numbered FDC below about this stamp ("I20g" rate for sending a letter up to 20g to Europe - 9.80 dirhams), sent on September 18, 2023 from Meknes. Thank you very much Pierre!
Since 2014, some member countries (currently 23 in total) of the Postal Union for the Mediterranean (PUMed), a restricted union of the UPU, are indeed issuing each year stamps devoted to a common theme related to the Mediterranean region. 
This Postal Union for the Mediterranean, created in 2011, is currently including 21 postal operators of Mediterranean countries (Albania, Algeria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Monaco, Montenegro, Slovenia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey) as well as Portugal and Mauritania.  

Ce timbre (tirage : 50000), imprimé (au Maroc par Dar As-Sikkah) en feuillet de 10 timbres, a été conçu par Abdelkrim Ouazzani Thami à partir d'une affiche promotionnelle d'une ancienne édition du Festival du Cinéma Méditerranéen de Tétouan, dont la 28ème édition a eu lieu en mars 2023.
Tétouan, située sur la côte méditerranéenne du nord du pays, est considérée comme "la ville la plus andalouse du Maroc".
A noter que cette même ville de Tétouan était déjà à l'honneur sur le timbre Euromed Postal émis en 2022 (thème : cités antiques de la Méditerranée).
Cette affiche évoque le cinéma de manière assez fine à travers des outils dessinés de façon symbolique tels que cinématographe, bobine, pellicule et casque, combinant l'action informative et communicationnelle du support et le talent artistique du plasticien, via notamment la figure de la tête-caméra-homme.
Sauf erreur, 13 pays ont émis à ce jour des timbres "Euromed Postal" en 2023.
This stamp (print run: 50,000), printed (in Morocco by Dar As-Sikkah) in a sheetlet of 10 stamps, was designed by Abdelkrim Ouazzani Thami from a promotional poster of an old edition of the Tetouan Mediterranean Film Festival, the 28th edition of which took place in March 2023.
Tetouan, located on the northern Mediterranean coast of the country, is considered "the most Andalusian city in Morocco".
To note that this same city of Tetouan was already in the spotlight on the Euromed Postal stamp issued in 2022 (theme: antique cities of the Mediterranean).
This poster evokes cinema in a fairly subtle way through tools drawn in a symbolic way such as cinematograph, reel, film and headphones, combining the informative and communicational action of the support and the artistic talent of the visual artist, notably via the figure of the head-camera-man. 
Unless I am mistaken, 13 countries have so far issued "Euromed Postal" stamps in 2023.
