70th anniversary of United Nations in Moldova

Many postal administrations have (or will) commemorate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations by issuing special stamps : UNPA (of course !), Belarus, Russia, Malta, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Brunei Darussalam, China, Vatican, Greece, Albania, Azerbaijan...
Most of these postal operators have featured the official logo of this 70th anniversary, the number "70" (with the United Nations emblem inside the "0") accompanied by the slogan "Strong UN. Better World." with the exception of Vatican and China.
This is the case of the Post of Moldova (the slogan is curiously written in English...) with this new stamp (L 15.50, print run : 100,000, printed in sheet of 8 stamps) designed by Vitaliu Pogolşa, issued on October 24, 2015.
To note that this postal rate (rather unusual) corresponds to a priority letter up to 20g sent to countries of the Zone B (countries outside Europe and the former USSR republics, to keep it simple).

To note that the Post of Moldova has had the good idea to issue this stamp 70 years to the day after the ratification of the UN Charter, on October 24, 1945 by the five permanent members of the Security Council and the majority of the 50 signatory countries.
This Charter of the United Nations or "Charter of San Francisco" (the city where these 50 countries met from April 24, 1945 to elaborate the 111 articles of the Charter) is the treaty that defines the goals and principles of the UN as well as the composition, duties and powers of its executive, deliberative, judicial and administrative bodies.
A big thank you Nicolae for the official FDC from Chisinau (MD-2012) above (print run : 300) regarding this new stamp, with the United Nations headquarters in New York to the left on the envelope (without the Moldovan flag !).
That same day, the Post of Moldova also released another cancellation on the same theme, simply including the United Nations emblem.
Moldova became a member of the UN on March 2, 1992, a few months after its declaration of independence.
