"Euromed Postal" 2015 joint stamp from Slovenia : Boats of the Mediterranean

It seems official now that only 11 postal administrations (Morocco, Palestine, Slovenia, Greece, Cyprus, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Portugal, Croatia and Tunisia) among the 20 member countries of the Postal Union for the Mediterranean (PUMed), issued this year a "Euromed Postal" joint stamp themed the "boats of the Mediterranean".
As a reminder, the aim of this postal union, a UPU's restricted union created on March 11, 2011, is to develop ties of cooperation and partnership between these countries and improve the various postal services.
Most of these countries have issued these stamps on July 9, 2015 (reminding July 9, 2007, date of the signing in Marseille, France of the first International Convention of the Mediterranean Post).

After a common design in 2014, participating postal administrations have issued different stamps this year, highlighting traditional boats of each country.
The Slovenian Post has respected this date of July 9th, 2015 for issuing a nice stamp (€ 0.64, design : Matjaž Učakar) representing a wooden fishing boat called "Tonera", propelled by oars, used in particular for tuna fishing.
A big thank you Petra for this cover above sent on October 20, 2015 from Ljubljana (to note again this mechanical cancellation including the slogan of the 20th anniversary of the Slovenian Post), franked with that stamp !
I don't know exactly in which period that boat was (or is) used and in which region of Slovenia (the Slovenian Mediterranean coast extends only about 46.6 kilometers between Italy and Croatia, with Koper, Izola and Piran for main cities).

2 infos :
The Official First Day Cover was supposed to be cancelled in Komen (6223 Komen Post Office). But Komen is an inland location.

Tonera was a boat used for fishing the Euthynnus Alletteratus species of Tuna fish in the Trieste Gulf, northern Adriatic Sea. Fishermen from Barcola, Contovello, Santa Croce e Aurisina was famous for this fishing method. see https://www.google.ro/maps/@45.7837102,13.6630382,12z

it seems that the crew was formed of 6 men instead of 4 as shown in the stamp

thank you so much Radu for these useful details !! great :) I also noticed that the first day of issue took curiously place in inland Slovenia (even if Komen is not so far from the Mediterranean Sea).
