L'orchestre de musique populaire "Folclor" ("Orchestra de muzică populară Folclor") de la Radio-Télévision nationale moldave a été fondé en 1968 par Dumitru Blajinu, musicien doué qui a redonné vie à des centaines de chansons et de danses populaires moldaves.
Ce collectif a été fondé afin de préserver et de propager le folklore moldave - un des trésors de la culture nationale. Au fil des décennies, cet orchestre est devenu très populaire, réalisant un nombre impressionnant d'enregistrements audio et vidéo qui ont considérablement enrichi les fonds de la Radio-Télévision nationale.
Cet orchestre folklorique se distingue par une couleur particulière, par le style original et authentique de son interprétation instrumentale. Il contribue également au soutien et à la réussite de jeunes talents et de nombreux solistes (chanteurs ou instrumentistes) qui ont commencé leur carrière artistique avec cet orchestre, sont par la suite devenus lauréats de prestigieux festivals nationaux et internationaux.
The Folk Music Orchestra "Folclor" ("Orchestra de muzică populară Folclor") of the Moldovan National Radio-Television was founded in 1968 by Dumitru Blajinu, a gifted musician who brought to life hundreds of Moldovan folk songs and dances.
This collective was founded to preserve and propagate Moldovan folklore - one of the treasures of the national culture. Over the decades, this orchestra has become very popular, producing an impressive number of audio and video recordings that have greatly enriched the funds of the National Radio-Television.
This folk orchestra is distinguished by a particular color, by the original and authentic style of its instrumental interpretation. It also contributes to the support and success of young talents and many soloists (singers or instrumentalists) who began their artistic career with this orchestra, then became winners of prestigious national and international festivals.
Le 27 septembre 2018, la poste moldave a mis en circulation une nouvelle enveloppe pré-timbrée (1,75 L, la 8ème cette année) consacrée au 50ème anniversaire de la création de cet orchestre de musique populaire "Folclor".

Le timbre pré-imprimé a été conçu à partir d'une photo ancienne de cet orchestre, avec Dumitru Blajinu (1934-2015) en soliste jouant du violon (?).
L'illustration à gauche montre une vue actuelle de cet orchestre avec Petre Neamţu au centre, directeur artistique et chef d'orchestre depuis 1985.
Le timbre à gauche (7,50 L), émis le 21 novembre 1992, est consacré à l'artisanat moldave, le tissage et la poterie en particulier. Ce timbre (libellés en roubles à l'époque) a été remis en circulation à partir du 1er février 2006, avec une même faciale libellée en Leu.
On September 27, 2018, the Post of Moldova issued a new prepaid envelope (L 1.75, the 8th this year) dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the creation of this Folk Music Orchestra "Folclor".

The pre-printed stamp was designed from an old photo of this orchestra, with Dumitru Blajinu (1934-2015) as a soloist playing violin (?).
The cachet on the left shows a current view of this orchestra with Petre Neamţu at the center, artistic director and conductor since 1985.
The stamp on the left (L 7.50), issued on November 21, 1992, is devoted to Moldovan handcrafts, weaving and pottery in particular. That stamp (denominated in rubles at the time) was put back into circulation from February 1, 2006, with the same value denominated in Leu.
Nicolae a complété son affranchissement, pour atteindre le tarif en vigueur pour un envoi non-prioritaire de moins de 20g vers la France (9,50 L actuellement) avec un autre timbre au verso de cette enveloppe ci-dessus.
Ce timbre (0,25 L) fait partie de la série courante (6 timbres) émise le 7 mars 2015, consacrée à des blasons de villes moldaves, Hîncești ici.
Nicolae completed his postage, in order to reach the tariff in force for a non-priority shipment up to 20g to France (L 9.50 currently) with another stamp on the back of this envelope above.
That stamp (L 0.25) is part of the definitive series (6 stamps) issued on March 7, 2015, dedicated to coats of arms of Moldovan cities, Hîncești here.
