Tribute to the French General Henri Berthelot on postal stationary from Romania

On June 14, 2018, the Romanian Academy paid tribute to the personality of the French General Henri Mathias Berthelot (1861-1931) and his fundamental role in the reorganization of the Romanian army and the victory of the Romanians during the First World War.
Little known in France despite his acts of bravery during the First World War in France on the eastern front (especially in the Aisne and Verdun), General Berthelot remains a popular personality of the Romanians because he directed the "Mission Berthelot" (nearly 2,000 officers and NCOs), a French military mission in the Kingdom of Romania between 1916 and 1919, which contributed to the reorganization and modernization of the Romanian army, then heavily defeated by the Bulgarian and Austro-Hungarian troops.
On June 14, 2018, a postal stationary (L 1.50) was put into circulation in honor of General Berthelot, during a ceremony at the Romanian Academy.
It is this postal stationary (No 010/2018, unknown print run) I was lucky enough to receive, sent on September 17, 2018 from Bucharest. Thank you very much Dorin!
On the stamp, a vintage photograph showing General Berthelot greeting the crowd (in Arad in December 1918?), with the flags of Romania on the left and France on the right.

General Berthelot became a hero in post-war Romania and several schools and public roads carry his name and even a village was renamed "General Berthelot" where the Romanian government offers him a large property (restored in 2010), visible in the illustration to the left on this postal stationary.
As a sign of gratitude, General Berthelot was decorated with the highest distinctions of the Romanian State and was declared Honorary Citizen of Romania and Honorary Member of the Romanian Academy in 1926.
Dorin completed his postage with one of the stamps (L 5.00) of a series (2nd part) issued on September 17, 2018, dedicated to the founders of the Great Union in 1918, Alexandru Vaida-Voevod (1872-1950) here.
As a reminder, this Great Union ("Marea Unirea") refers to the union in 1918 between the Kingdom of Romania, Transylvania, Bucovina and Bessarabia. This Greater Romania was only effective for 22 years since the German-Soviet non-aggression pact put an end to this union in 1940.
In October 1918, Alexandru Vaida-Voevod read in the Parliament of Budapest the declaration by which the Romanian nation declared itself "free of any foreign influence" and attended the Great National Assembly in Alba Iulia and was among the four delegates who handed over the Resolution of Union to King Ferdinand I, for ratification.
To note that the France-Romania joint issue (First Day on November 27, 2018) will also have the General Berthelot for theme.
