La Small European Postal Administration Cooperation (SEPAC) est une association de 13 petites administrations postales européennes, créée en 1999, afin de discuter de diverses questions philatéliques et postales spécifiques à ces petites structures.
Depuis 2007 (thème des paysages), des timbres sur un thème commun sont émis par certains membres et une élection du plus beau timbre Sepac est organisée depuis 2010.
La Principauté du Liechtenstein participe à ces émissions Sepac depuis 2007 et a émis, le 7 mars 2016, son 7ème timbre Sepac, dont le thème cette année était consacré aux saisons.
Ce timbre (1,50 CHF), conçu par Hans Peter Gassner, incluant le logo Sepac, a été utilisé pour affranchir la lettre ci-dessous, envoyée de Vaduz le 1er octobre 2018. Merci beaucoup Jens !
The Small European Postal Administration Cooperation (SEPAC) is an association of 13 small European postal administrations, created in 1999, in order to discuss various philatelic and postal issues specific to these small structures. Since 2007 (theme : landscapes), stamps having a common theme are issued by some members and an election of the most beautiful Sepac stamp has been organized for the first time in 2010.
The Principality of Liechtenstein has participated in these Sepac stamp issues since 2007 and put into circulation, on March 7, 2016, its 7th Sepac stamp, whose theme this year was devoted to Seasons. That stamp (1.50 CHF), designed by Hans Peter Gassner, including the Sepac logo, was used on the letter below, sent from Vaduz on October 1, 2018. Many thanks Jens!
Ce timbre, imprimé par Royal Joh. Enschedé (Pays-Bas), est tout simplement splendide avec un effet métallique argenté et l'application d'un vernis UV spécial !
Divisé en 4 parties égales, ce timbre représente, dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre, l'hiver, le printemps, l'été et l’automne, à travers une palette de champs de couleurs symbolisant chaque saison.
A noter que ce timbre a été imprimé en feuillet de 10 timbres avec l'intitulé "Quatre Saisons" imprimé dans toutes les langues des pays et territoires membres de Sepac dans la marge.
This stamp, printed by Royal Joh. Enschedé (Netherlands), is simply splendid with a metallic silver effect and the application of a special UV coating!
Divided into 4 equal parts, that stamp represents, in a clockwise direction, winter, spring, summer and autumn, through a palette of color fields symbolizing each season.
To note that this stamp was printed in a sheetlet of 10 stamps with the title "Four Seasons" printed in all the languages of the countries and territories members of Sepac in the margin.
